That night with Grace was unlike anything I've ever experienced before. It's as if everything in the world shifted in to place. She is the one that matters most to me. She is the kindest, most selfless person I've met, she is unapologetically herself, and I think she's beautiful for it. She means the absolute world to me, but she doesn't even realize it. She doesn't know how special she is, how gorgeous she is, how much I am in love with her. So I wanted to prove it to her. And what better day to do that than Valentines Day?
The days after that night were pretty much a blur. School was as boring as ever, but Grace was always willing to help me on homework and give me study tips for the classes she didn't take. I felt myself growing more and more close to her. Class was horrible when she wasn't in it with me. We spent as much time as we could together, and when we were apart, we were either on the phone or texting one another.
