There comes a moment in time where everything slows down. The earth stops and stares at whatever beautiful phenomenon is taking place. It's called the Interphase. It's the best thing to be stuck in.

It's the best thing because it seems as if the birds chirp louder, the wind blows softer, and the sun shines brighter. Everything is calm, everything is good. You can see a small, white light in everything. It's a light of hope and happiness. Maybe it's just the mind playing tricks. But maybe it's not. Maybe it's the universe telling you it's all okay.

When two people experience the Interphase, the earth smiles.

Grace and I are in that wonderful phase. We understand each other even more, we've both seen each other at our bests and our worsts. I can confidently say I am now able to fully love her. Every piece, every crack, every mark. I've fallen in love with her all of again. And I do it every day.

A rare thing. A scary thing. A marvelous thing. Loving her is a gift.

We started back at square one. We worked our way back up to where we were. We were patient. We were careful. Tip-toeing to make sure everything we have didn't fall apart. All the memories, tears, kisses, stories, feelings were woven together. I knew that at first, it could easily fall apart. It did. But that's when you come back stronger. Grace and I are stronger.
