English Lesson.

The expression on Harry's face was scary as he came to sit on his seat.

"Have you seen it?" He asked me.
"No" I replied, wearing a worried look.

"You really have to look for it and...." He paused and looked at Henry. He then continued.

"If that discussion you were having isn't so important, I'd advise you suspend it for now"
I nodded and stood up.

"What's that?" Henry asked, baffled.

"It's my lab coat". I replied
"Oh.... You can't find it?"

"Yes!" I said.

"Obviously" Harry added.

Just then, Tasha came running.
"Here..have this" She said, handing a nylon bag over to me.

"What is........"

"Your lab coat" she whispered and winked. She then ran off to her seat.

"Where did she find it anyway?" I thought.

"I... I....found it" I said, tapping Harry.

He nodded and brought out a notebook from his desk then started to read.

"So, friend....What's up?" Henry asked

"I'm just fine" I replied, sitting down.

The bell was rung for begining of lectures.

"Would you be free during break?" Henry asked.

"Uhm......me? I should" I replied.

"Alright..... I'll take you out then" He said and left the class.

"Oh God, why did I say yes... I really hated myself that moment.
I looked at Harry and he said.

"I hope you remember practicals classes are always after break.

I'll advise you either to come back in time from the appointment you just made or not to go at all"

"Yes... I'll... I'll come back in time"
I replied.

"God......I really hate this!" I said silently to myself.

Our English Teacher entered the class and we greeted him.

"How was your night?" He asked
"Fine sir" We replied.

"Max?" He called.

"Yes sir" He replied.

"Can you remind the class our last topic?"

"Sir we discussed descriptive essay the last time we met.
"Thanks Max"

"So, we are going to be discussing argumentative essay today"

"Can someone tell me any topic we can use as a practical

example for argumentative essay?"

I raised my hands but the teacher didn't call me. He called another person.

"Yes Cara?"

"A Doctor is better than a Teacher" she said.

"That's fine but too common" He replied.

"Yes Raphael?"

"A male child is better than a female child" Raphael said.

"Good but still common. I need something very unpopular and sensible"

"Popular and sensible?" I thought.

"Yes Wesley?"

"Uhnmm... a beautiful face is better than breasts and asses.

Everyone bursted into laughter except our teacher.

He folded his hands. "What rubbish did you just spill out?" The man asked.

"Sir you said something unpopular" Wesley tried to defend himself.

"Yes.. and I remember I also said sensible! You fool. Another person please"

Everyone started laughing again this time even louder.

I raised my hands again and the teacher finally called me.
"Yes Princess?"

I stood up and cleared my throat.
"The... "

Geez...I suddenly forgot what I wanted to say.

"God help me..." I thought in fear

Something suddenly came to my mind and I said "Confessing your love to someone with your own mouth is better than writing love letters"

"Oh God what did I just say?"
I was expecting them to all laugh but they kept quiet instead.

"That's a very good and sensible idea" The teacher said "Please clap for her"

They all clapped.

"So.....I'll call two people to speak on it"

He paused for a while and said

"Princess, you're the originator so come foward" I nodded and stepped forward.

My brain was in a state of hullabaloo as I walked to the front of the class.

I need another person to speak on it.

"Harry...... come join her" He said.
Harry stepped forward to the front of the class and I got nervous.

"This is it.. Argumentative debate between Princess and Harry.

"Who is supporting and who's opposing?"

"I'll oppose the motion" Harry said boldly.

"I'll.....support the motion" I said.
