"you know how we said next time we meet up it will be in scotland?" belle asked still on call with dream from the night before.

"yeah?" he replied.

"well alex is going away next month for a few weeks to la for some collab, maybe you could come visit then." she said smiling.

"are george and sapnap coming?" he asked.

"i was thinking it would probably just be us." she spoke softly.

"oh." he grinned, "sounds good."

"you want to?" she asked happily.

"definitely!" he nodded.

"awesome!" she grinned ear to ear, "i'll find out when alex goes away, not that it really matters too much. it would be cool for you guys to meet."

"yeah." dream agreed, "what's the collab about?"

"i don't think i'm allowed to say." she teased, "but it's going to be so cool!"

"oh come on, you're really going to leave me wondering?" he pouted.

"i am." she nodded.

belle placed her phone up against the bread bin and went on her tip toes to reach the pasta on the top shelf of the cupboard.

"are you really that short you can't reach the top shelf?" dream poked fun at her.

"i'm not that short." she scoffed, "i'm 5'5! that's one inch above the national average, i'll have you know."

"mhm, sure." he hummed.

"shut up. just because you're like a beanstalk." she rolled her eyes after finally reaching the pasta.

"im a beanstalk?" he asked teasingly.

"yes." she nodded. "my beanstalk."

"yours?" he raised his eyebrow.

"shut up." she scoffed again.

"why do you always tell me to shut up?" he said pretending to be offended.

"because your voice is super annoying." she shrugged.

"you called me the entire way to your parents because you wanted to listen to me talk." he pointed out.

"shut up." she said once again.

"you said it again!" he said in a high pitched voice.

"say something useful and i'll stop saying it." she winked.

"oh come on now." he chuckled.

"you say that more than i say shut up." she giggled.

"i do not." he retaliated.

belle nodded, "do so."

"oh come on!" he whined.

"you said it again!" she wheezed.
