(Sia's pov)
As soon as I found my brothers in the school parking lot, we were off home, and because I was in Xander's car and my twin, Alex and Will were in another car, Xander suddenly stopped the car near an ice-cream parlor. And that was when I couldn't control my excitement, as usually at home Elijah and Will never really allowed us to eat junk after 5 o'clock, and just the fact that junk was banned in the house. Touching Xander's forehead, I asked him, "Seriously, are you sick or something because you're never really this nice to me."
Xander let out a hearty laugh which was so contagious that even I started laughing. Suddenly he stopped laughing and just simply embraced me in a long hug, no words were spoken, but I understood what he was trying to say and I was completely and genuinely happy after a long time. Just then he told me that his best friend was coming over and would spend the night at home.
"May I ask who this friend exactly is." Already dreading the answer, because I might have a teeny meeny tiny crush on him already.
"Oh yes Ace Hernandez."
Reaching home, I rushed to my room after quickly saying hi to my twin, Alex, Will and anybody who was in my way. Max, being nosey, rushed up with me, because me running like a madwoman was a very rare occurrence. "What's up twinny?" He asked with a small smile.
"Oh nothing much, just wanted to get a few things, as I am having a sleepover with Alex." I replied in one breath, rushing around my room, stuffing things into a small bag.
"Does Alex know about this sleepover, or what?" He replied, catching onto my spontaneous behavior.
"Well no but doesn't matter, because he loves me?" I said with a bit of uncertainty.
"Cool, enjoy then. And I'm gonna go now because this conversation is getting awkward and dumb by the second. So yeah bye."
As soon as he left, I heard the bell ring, meaning that our guest for the night had arrived. Trying to run as fast as possible to Alex's room which was right across the living room was a challenge, but somehow I did it, only to be caught at the last second, while going into Alex's room.
"Sia, meet my best friend Ace, and Ace meet Alessia, my sister."
Closing my eyes, and taking a few deep breaths, I collected myself, before turning around flashing a small smile and a wave to both Xander and Ace. "Hi Xander and Ace, please excuse me, Alex needed me for somethings so yea, bye." And just as I said that, Alex told me that he didn't need me for anything.
That was the moment, ladies and gentlemen, that I was ready to commit my first murder. Again taking deep breaths to try and calm myself down, I said, "Right, so now, I will leave you guys to it, and start doing my um.... homework."
"Please stay, and I feel you and Ace should bond because of a few reasons and because he will be here very often."
"I think I'm good, besides too much homework and studies." Just as I had said that, my dear twin (note the sarcasm) asked, "Didn't you already do that in school during the study hour?"
"Thank you for reminding me, dear brother." I said with a blank voice, and an empty stare towards Max.
Sitting down on the sofa next to Ace, I began saying something to him, when his phone rang, indicating that he got a message. Turning the phone around to look at the message, I peaked over his shoulder to see that someone called Baby<3 had messaged him. To say that I wasn't disappointed would be a lie, but to help myself get over it, I said to myself that I just met him. I can't like him already, and besides I didn't know how he behaved, he could be abusive, or really mean for all I know. To start a conversation, I asked him if he would like to play 20 questions, just to get to know each other.
"I'll start, what is your umm favorite color?" I said awkwardly, but tried to cover it up with a smile.
"Blue. Favorite song and band?"
"That was 2 questions, but my favorite song, arghh, I like too many and my favorite band One Direction. My turn, favorite sport?"
"Basketball, and do you have a boyfriend?"
At that, I unexpectedly turned red, not knowing what to reply, but simply answered with a 'no'.
"Do you have a girlfriend?" I asked him, looking up at him expectantly, because he was a freaking giant just like my brothers.
"No I don't, didn't find anybody interesting until now. Я нахожу тебя действительно интересным (I find you really interesting - Russian). " He said with a smirk, his Russian accent being slightly visible when he spoke.
"ну ты тоже интересный (Well you are interesting too - Russian)." I said with a grin, happy to see his shocked and slightly flustered expression.
"You know Russian."
"With Russian, I know Spanish, Italian, French, and Mandarin." I said with a proud look on my face.
"That is amazing, knowing more than 3 languages is quite impressive." Ace said with an awestruck face.
