Magnus was staring at his broken-looking son. He remained there, unsure how to begin a talk with his son.
'This is so messed up' he whispered
''Care to explain'' Max broke the silence. Rafe took a deep breath
''He was my boyfriend'' He said with a heavy tone
Max's jaw dropped open.
"You used to have a boyfriend. I thought you liked.... her...." Max asked his brother.
"I did had crush on her but Leo is the one whom I loved." Rafe quickly replied.
"Wait a damn minute that means your ex-boyfriend is now dating our father..God my head is gonna blast. "
Max put his palm in the head rubbing it he can already feel the headache.
"Then what on earth happened that your ex boyfriend turned these must thirsty for your blood brother.." He gritted out
"I left him" Rafe mumbled in pain.
"You did what ?" Max shouted.
Rafe looked at his father who was leaning to the wall in silence.
"Trust me baba it was a misunderstanding. I never left him I loved him. Scratch that I still love him. It was a misunderstanding"
Rafe looked at his father pleadingly. Magnus sighed and pulled his son for a hug. Who cried in his fathers arms silently.
Time skip
Alec was sitting beside Leo who was now sleeping after an emotional outburst. He heard a knock and looked up to see Magnus.He slowly rose without making any voice
"Can we talk?" Magnus asked. He still wasn't sure about this but he knows he can't sit there and wait for this mess to be cleaned
"About...?"Alec raised a brow
"Rafe and Leo" Magnus replied
"Oh you mean your son who broke my boyfriend's heart in the past" Alec said with a scoff.
"Alexander stop..." Magnus sighed "First of all Leo is not your boyfriend. And most importantly their breakup is based on a misunderstanding"
"How do you know..Leo and i" Alec was getting tensed
"Can you focus on the other part" Magnus asked desperately wanting to foucs on the matter
"Ah ok" Alec said "So...what do you mean by misunderstanding..?"he asked.
"That isn't my part to explain but.....
Magnus took a deep breath
Look I'm not here to defend him Alexander. It was a clear misunderstanding but at least as adults we can give them a chance to clear those misunderstandings..so maybe they both can move on"
"Why are you talking about that I'm an adult I'm literally younger than anyone else here" Alec gritted.
"I'm sorry I'm used to talking with you or this face like this old habit"
"Oh ok so what do you want me to do ?"
"I want you to talk with him"
"Ok I'll talk with Leo.." Alec said in an assuring tone. He knows he has to talk with his friend sooner or later about this matter.
"Not Leo.... actually.....Magnus paused .....Alexander I want you to talk with Rafe."
"Why do you want me to talk with your son." Alec asked in pure confusion
