'Ek mahina reh gaya hai shadi ko! Abhi bhi itna kaam bacha hai!' I saw mumma yelling at the men while coming to the dining table for breakfast.
(A month is left for the wedding! Still so much work is left)
'Good morning everyone!' I wished as I joined them on the dining table.
'Morning Avi' They replied and smiled at me while mumma kissed my head.
I took my seat between my brothers as it was my place for the meals since the childhood. I turned my plate and my brothers started serving me. Ahaan Bhai served a sandwich, a waffle and poha to my plate and Vidhu Bhai poured the pomegranate juice into my glass. I smiled at them and started eating.
'Mumma, my lehengas will be arriving today by the evening' I spoke.
'Chalo koi to responsible hai ghar me' She taunted the three and they scoffed making me giggle.
(Atleast someone is responsible)
I started sipping the juice but it choked me a bit and I started coughing. Ahaan bhaiya left his spoon and immediately started patting my back. Tears brimmed in my eyes due to lack of breathing. I coughed for few minutes and then I stopped.
'Are you okay beta?' Mumma asked me and I nodded.
Bhai made me drink some water and I was alright.
'Itni badi ho gyi still you act like a child sometimes' Vidhaan bhai taunted to ease the situation as everyone was tensed.

'Haan to jaan boojh kar thodi kiya' I replied innocently.
