"...Yes uncle, everyone is good at home," Rudraansh said to Papa and he smiled in response.
We were sitting in our living room. As Rudraansh said, he came to meet Papa, as our fathers have been very close friends for a long.
When I told Papa about him, he was happy listening to his arrival. Rudraansh seemed to be a nice person, as far as I had noticed him today.
"Let's have dinner first," Papa announced and we headed towards the dining table.
The meal went peacefully while both the men were chatting like long-lost friends, completely ignoring my existence. Huff!
Haan, chahiye mujhe 24 hours attention!
After the dessert, we heard the sound of lightning strikes, followed by sudden rain.
"Mumbai ki baarish ka koi bharosa nahi!" I exclaimed and Papa agreed.
After we finished the dessert, Rudraansh announced his dispersal.
"It was nice meeting you, Uncle. Delhi aakar humari taraf zaroor aaiyega," He said, glancing at me, making me a bit conscious.
"The weather is not good at all, beta. I think you should stay here for tonight," Papa advised.
"No no, it's fine, Uncle. I'll manage," He said.
"Flight hai kya aaj?" I asked, making both of them confused.
"Umm...no"
"To ruk jao na. The weather is really bad. Kal subah chale jana," I said.
"She is right, Rudraansh," Papa supported me.
"Umm...okay, but I don't wanna bother you," he said.
"Oh, come on, Mr Mehra!" I retorted and both of them chuckled.
After assisting him to the guest room, I walked towards my room, while thinking about him.
He was my senior in school and one of the most popular students. My classmates and other girls used to drool over him as he looked good.
He looks handsome even now, more to be honest. Shut up!
He has changed a lot since the last time I saw him. It seems his height has increased significantly, and he may now be around 6'3. He has light stubble, a perfect jawline, and a lightly tanned skin color just like Aditya Roy Kapoor, giving him the look of an Indian Greek god. He has hunter russet colored eyes, and when he looks at me I feel as if he is staring deep into my soul.
He looks damn hot!
I won't be lying if I say I didn't feel anything when I saw him. My heart literally fluttered when his eyes met mine. It felt as if I was going to drown in his ocean-like deep orbs.
