The Moment I Knew (Request)

Today is finally the day I'm going to see Niall on one of his shows. Well, we're not exactly close and he doesn't even know I exist. But, still... I'm so excited and looking forward to seeing him.

Luna, my cousin, who works on Niall asked if I want to go watch one of Niall's shows. Actually, she's been asking me for a long time but I kept declining it.

I don't think it was a good idea before. Niall intimidated me before. And I was busy in college at that time.

"Where are you?" Luna called. "I'm almost there. Geez! Why are ya making me go in a hurry? I'm not even an important person there." I reminded her.

"Well... Because... I.. Ok fine! Whatever. Just hurry up." She said then hung up the call.

What was the point though? She's not making me help in there, right? I don't even have any idea how they work there.

A few minutes later, I found myself in front of the stadium. I took out my ID and showed it to the security guard who gave me a warm smile and led me inside. I politely said thank you to the person who helped look for my cousin.

I almost froze from where I was standing when I saw Luna talking to Niall while someone was fixing Niall's in-ears. Niall was smiling while he agreed to whatever my cousin was talking about.

Until my cousin's eyes went in my direction and her eyes lit up. "(Y/N)!!!" She shouted. I almost wanted to curse on her but I stopped myself. Niall's eyes went quickly in my direction too. Oh Shit. He's looking. He's looking!! Why the hell am I even nervous? He doesn't even know who I am.

I quietly went to them. "H-Hi," I mumbled. "Hey. Oh, wait! Niall, meet my cousin, (Y/N). (Y/N), well, you obviously know him but yeah meet Niall." Luna introduced.

"Hey! Nice to meet ya!" Niall said and offered me his hand and I immediately extended my hand and he gently shook it. "H-Hi Niall. Nice to meet you too."

"So, She's the one you've been-" Niall started. "Okay, it's all set now! Soundcheck will start in 5 minutes Niall." Luna eyed him. He just chuckled and nodded.

While I awkwardly stand in front of them not knowing what they're eyeing each other.

"I'll see you later darling!" Niall said before excusing himself from us. I just smiled at him. I have no idea what to reply back to. And the fact he called me darling too. "What was that?" I immediately asked Luna after Niall disappeared.

"Nothing?" She quickly defended. "Now, help me with this task!" She pushed me towards Niall's dressing room. "Whoa! Whoa! What are you doing? Oh my God! Are we even allowed in here? Luna!" I panicked.

"Of course! Why are you so nervous about everything. Niall's not gonna bite you or even his team."

"I asked you here also because I need your help with Niall's wardrobe tonight. I'm running out of ideas! You're good at picking and choosing outfits so use your talent now." She said while pretending to choose on the rack full of Niall's clothes.

"Excuse me? You want me what?" I asked. She rolled her eyes at me. "Don't pretend you didn't hear me or else I'll let Niall and you choose in here."

I quickly went beside her. "What do you want me to pick? I don't even know how to do this." I reasoned. "Shut up! I know you do. Now go! Explore all the clothes." She stated. I took a deep breath and sighed. "Fine."
