"Five... Four... Three... Two... One."

He waited, making tension in all his body.  Then he went back to plank position. When the time was up, he lay on the floor, observing the white ceiling above him.

An alarm sounded and after his rest, he stood up and silenced the alarm. Moving his head, he watched around him, looking throught the window the rainy day.

The impecable room was on silence, the light barely touched the place, among the shadows, he stood thinking on his life, then he looked for the remote and let the music begun.

The dark and sad notes of "Regen" invaded the place, making company to the weather outside. Sebastian started to removed his clothes and walked towards the shower.

The water was a little bit cold, but he liked that way, to dissapear the sore on his muscles. Drops were falling down throught his hair, taking the sweat away. His mind involved him into a black hole of thoughts.

Ending his shower, he took a towel and left the bath. He took a pair of boxers, and then he picked up the choice of clothes that he was going to wear that day.

A white t-shirt, gray pants, and a blue navy jacket were his outfit.  He observed his reflection in the mirror until the cellphone rang.

"Carmine"

"Morning, Mr. Carmine"  The voice of a woman was in the other side of the line.

"Shanon, good morning. How's everything"

"Fine sir. You have to visit the doctor at eleven o'clock, then you must call Carl, he will report you how the meeting went, then sir, you will have a free afternoon."

"Is that all?"

"Yes. That's all."

"Good. Thank you. Good bye Shanon."

"Have a nice day, sir."

The call ended quickly. And he left the place. Dark and in silence.

"You're fine young man, you have nothing to worry about."

"Thanks doc"

"The only thing I have to tell you is that you should rest a little bit more, stress can kill you, you know; see you next month"

Sebastian left the chair and walked away to the door, he left the medical building as many nurses looked at him with amusement. He didn't stop, because he had to pay a visit.

An important one.

"Flowers for your lady?"

"Yes, I want the prettiest flowers please."

"Anyone in special?"

"She likes peonies"

"Excellent choice, sir!"

The glasses girl cherfully said to him, and prepared everything, then she left him alone in the place, surrounded of colorful flowers making brighter the rainy day.

After a few minutes, the girl gave him the bouquet, he thanked her.

The rain was falling down, and he was carefully driving to his destiny.

"Oh, it's you."

The blonde woman say after she opened the door for him.

"Move."
