~Chapter Eleven~

Well, I must say, this is going to be a very hard class! The teacher may seem nice. But, her teaching style tells me she's a demon!

"Hey, (y/n), would you mind thanking your brother for helping us to our class?"

"Sure."

"Thanks. Well, I got to go!" Shinto said, before walking out.

I then took my things, and, walked up to Hunter.

"Thanks for helping Shinto and I to our class."

"You're welcome."

I smiled, before walking out of the classroom. To my left, I saw Henry.

"Oh, hey."

"Hey, (y/n)."

"Are you here to help me to second block?"

"Yes. Shall we go?"

"Sure."

Henry then led me to second block.

When we arrived, we had barely made it on time.

I sighed in relief.

Henry went to his seat, and, I went to mine.

"Okay, class, today, we will be starting in chapter one. There are textbooks in your desk. Please open to page seventeen."

Sigh... This is going to be the worst class, ever!

Finally! I can leave Mr. Boring! As soon as the bell rang, I grabbed my things, grabbed Henry, and, exited the classroom.

"I see that you really hate that class."

"Yep. So... which way's third block?" I said, after realizing I had no idea which way to go.

Henry facepalmed.

"We have Ms. Clod's class next."

"oh, right. And, that is where... Exactly?"

Another facepalm.

"Let me lead the way." Henry said, while leading me down the hallway.

Soon, we arrived at Ms. Clod's class.

"Remember, if you need me, just text me."

"Okay."

Henry then went to his seat.

When I sat down, Tyler was in his seat.

Lily wasn't.

"Hey, Tyler."

"Oh, hey, (y/n)."

"Where's Lily?"

"She said she needed to get a drink of water. She should-"

"(y/n)!"

I turned, to see Lily, running into the classroom.

"How's my best friend, in the whole wide world doing?"

"Just fine. You?"

"Okay. Hey, can you do something for me?"

"Sure, what is it?"

"I really want to start a group chat with all the football players, and, cheerleaders. But, I still need Damien's phone number. Can you PLEASE get his phone number for me?"

"I guess..."

Why doesn't she just ask him herself? Or, have Tyler get it?

"Thanks!" Lily said, before hugging me.

"Lily... Can't... Breathe..."

"Oops! Sorry!" Lily said, before letting go.

I sighed.

The teacher then began the class. It was a very well-done class. I can tell that the teacher worked very hard on it.

After class was over, I started to gather my things.

"You ready, (y/n)?"

"Not quite." I said, starting to get a bit annoyed at Lily rushing me.

"Geez. You're so slow!"

Stay calm...

"(y/n)?"

I turned, to face Henry.

"Yes?"

"Want me to pick you up, to take you to lunch? Like yesterday?"
"Sure-"

"Nope! Sorry! She's eating lunch with us!"

"But-"

Lily then grabbed my arm, and, literally dragged me out of the classroom.

I pulled away.

"What's your problem!?!"

Lily looked like she was on the verge of tears.

"Why do you have to be so mean?"

"Me? Mean? You're the one that dragged me out of the class!"

Lily started crying, creating a scene. Every student in that hallway was looking at us.

What have I gotten myself into?

"Lily, let's just go to class."

"No."

"No?"

"Not until you apologize."

Are you serious!?

"Fine. I'm sorry. There, let's go."

"Okay!"

Lily then dragged me (Again!) to Ms. Comet's class.

Sometimes, I wonder... Why do I want Lily as a friend?

Luckily, today's work was simple. And, when we finished, we still had thirty minutes left in class.

"So... Anything you want to talk about? Like the suicides yesterday? Wasn't that SO scary?"

Yeah... I can tell that you were 'SO' scared...

"No, not really."

"Oh, okay. What do you want to talk about, then?"

"Not sure."

My eyes then went to Hunter's eyes. He was reading a book. Wonder which one...

"Hey! Are you even listening to me?"

"Huh?"

Lily frowned.

"Why do you always ignore me?!"

"I don't-"

Lily cut me off, by slamming her foot on mine.

It hurts!

I did all I could, to hold in a scream... And, tears...

I looked up, to see Lily staring at me. Coldly.

"Don't. Ever. Ignore. Me. Ever. Again. Understand?"

I nodded.

Lily went back to her usual smile.

"Good. Now, I'm going to talk. And, you listen. Okay?"

"Okay..."

"Excellent!"

Just who is this girl!? She was so nice to me before. And, now... She's just so mean. Why? Why is this happening to me?
