~Chapter Forty-Five~

I awoke, to my alarm on my phone going off.

I quickly reached over, and, turned the alarm off.

I decided to set my alarm so I could get used to getting up early, for when Thursday comes.

After getting completely ready for the day, I headed to the kitchen, hoping to find something to eat.

There, I found Cameron cooking.

"Hey, Cameron. I didn't know you could cook." I said.

"Hi, and, yes, I can cook. Not as well as Hunter, but, still... Want some (Meal you like)?" Cameron asked.

"Sure, I'd love some. Are you cooking for everyone?"

"Yeah. Mom left me in charge, and, I'd hate it if everyone died of starvation..."

"How responsible of you." I complimented Cameron.

Cameron then handed me a (bowl/plate) of (Meal you like).

"Thanks."

I then took it to the table, in the dining room.

After setting it down, I returned to the kitchen.

"You not going to eat?" I asked.

"I am. I just thought I'd help you set the table first." Cameron said, holding two more (Plates/Bowls) of (Meal you like).

"Oh, I see."

Cameron and I then set the table.

"Do you want me to go get everyone?" I asked.

"No. I can do it. Besides, you've already done enough for me. Go, sit." Cameron said.

"Okay."

So, I went, and, sat down at the table.

The first to enter the room was Damien.

"Hey, Damien, how you doing?" I asked.

"Much better, now that I see you."

"Aw, that's so sweet of you to say."

"I do try to please." Damien said, before sitting down.

Next came in Henry and Hunter.

Henry and Hunter both looked completely ready for the day.

Damien... He was still in nighttime clothes.

"How's my favorite sister doing today?" Henry asked, while sitting down.

"Good. You?" I asked.

"I'm doing just fine." Henry responded.

Hunter just gave a slight nod, before sitting down.

I smiled back, knowing that Hunter had just said 'good morning' to me.

After a few minutes, we all started to notice how Lyle and Cameron hadn't shown up yet.

"Can't we just eat without them." Damien asked.

"No. That'd be rude. I'll go check in on them." I said, before standing up, and, leaving the dining area.

Soon, I was in front of Lyle's room, looking in on Lyle and Cameron.

It looked like Cameron was trying to convince Lyle to get up.

"Come on, stop being such a baby! Get over it!" Cameron shouted.

"I can't! I almost killed (y/n)!" Lyle shouted back.

"She already forgave you!"

"But still... To be so close to killing someone... Especially (y/n)... I just can't stand it!"
