A/N:
Merry Christmas! I've been so busy this past few days I haven't had time to write! I came back home for Christmas so the only time I could write was the train journey out of London to home (it's a 2 hour journey back to my home city) I go back to London tomorrow for a Christmas part 2 with my boyfriends family.
Thanks for your patience! Here's a Christmassy chapter seeing as it's the season! Enjoy!

Emma.
I've always loved Christmas, it's always been my favourite time of the year and now I have Alex it makes it extra special.
I always turn into a big kid at Christmas, I always want to be around my family and keep the same traditions, obviously with mum and dad being divorced it is a little different to when I was a child - but I still enjoy it."Santa has come!" Alex exclaims running into me. He's been awake since seven and although I felt mean I had kept him from going downstairs for as long as possible because I knew my mum was preparing dinner.
We watched a film in bed and I let Alex watch YouTube on my phone before getting him ready for the day, eventually though he grew tired of waiting and wanted to see if Santa had been.
I finished putting on mascara. "Has He Baby? Has he brought you lots and lots?" I smile.
Alex nods, he looked so cute and smart.
My mums sister and her family would be joining us like always, my aunty Sharon always comes over for Christmas dinner along with my cousins Erica, Lewis and Charlie.
My mums parents died way before I was born, my grandma had breast and lung cancer. My grandad died when my mum and aunty Sharon were young girls so they never really spoke much about him.
I smile as I let everyone in, Mum was working hard in the kitchen and demanded for me to stay away so I did.. I put on a Christmas show for Alex to watch and texted back everyone who wished me a merry Christmas.
