Lia looked at the message. Are you okay? Jimin has texted.
Her friends had also texted. Tec week is this week! You missed two days last week! You know you can't miss this week. See you on Monday!
Lia groaned and set her phone down. Tec week. She forgot about that.
Lia was in the musical Footloose. She had no major role but she was in every dance scene imaginable. She groaned and looked at the time. It was seven in the morning on Sunday. She pulled herself up and the sharp pain returned. She grabbed her phone and stood up. She still wore Jimins clothes. She changed and neatly folded his clothes up and put them on top of her dresser. She changed into a baggy T-shirt and jeans and looked in the mirror. She didn't look too thin. She was thin but after being in the hospital it would take weeks to get back to were she was. Lia walked to the door after pulling on a jacket. She walked downstairs and heard mumbled whispers from the kitchen. She slipped outside the front door and walked down the sidewalk.
Are you still here? Lia asked Jimin.
He replied in a few seconds. Yes I leave tomorrow. Why?
Can I stop by? She asked.
Sure. Why is everything alright?
It will be. Lia texted and put her phone away. She picked up speed and walked to his apartment. He was waiting outside for her.
"Let's walk a bit. Tell me what's going on." He said.
Lia followed him and sighed. "I found out my mother had an eating disorder."
He nodded. "So she does understand."
Lia shrugged. "I suppose. I have tec week this week. I love dancing but I'm afraid my body won't be able to handle it."
"So eat. I know it's not that simple but if you're worried that means you care. So eat. Even if it's jus for this week." Jimin said.
"I want to but I don't at the same time. When are you leaving tomorrow?" Lia asked crossing her arms over her chest.
"We plan to leave tomorrow morning. I don't have to go right now if you don't want me too." Jimin said.
She shook her head. "You should go back with your group. I'll be okay. Plus I can always text you and get a hold of you if I need to." Lia said.
He nodded. "Okay. What performance are you doing?"
She took a breath and felt her phone buzz. She quickly shut it off. "Footloose."
He smiled. "I was in Footloose a few years back."
  She smiled slightly. "You were?"
"I didn't have a main part but I lived for the dancing."
She nodded. "I love the dancing too."
They walked in silence for a bit and they arrived at the music store. She didn't even realize this is where they were going.
"I have to write a song for this place." Lia said.
He looked at it. "Really? That's cool. What's it about?"
Lia looked in the store. It was closed. "I have no idea."
"You'll get an idea." Jimin said.
Lia spotted her mothers car. She sighed. "I can't even be trusted leaving the house now." She mumbled and pulled Jimin with her behind a pole.
"You don't want your mother to see us." He said.
  Lia nodded. "I really don't."
He nodded. "I'm not happy you are hiding me but I'm glad you came to me." Jimin said.
Lia felt the familiar pain in her stomach. She wrapped her arms around her waist.
Jimin watched her. "That's hunger you know. It's your body's way of protesting."
   Lia nodded. "I know."
Jimin nodded. "Let me walk you home. You can't keep leaving your family behind."
"My mother does. What's the difference if I do?" She asked as she walked with him.
"You don't have to be your mother." Jimin said.
She led him to her home.
Lana was on her way out the door. "Lia! God you can't keep doing this!"
Jimin looked at Lia. "I told you."
"Shut up." She said looking at him.
He smiled.
Lana walked over. "Look I don't know who you are but I don't want my daughter speaking with you again." Lana said.
Jimin nodded. "Yes ma'am. I'm leaving for my home tomorrow morning."
Lia took a breath. She didn't want him to go.
