"Where the hell are they?" Kevin asked, freaking out. "Would you relax Kevin? I bet Joe isn't acting like this.." Ashley said, getting annoyed. "What's going on?! Why won't he pick up?! I've tried calling 20x already! Where the hell could they be?!" Joe asked, running in the room frantically. "... I speak too soon." Ashley mutters. Emily walks in the room after Joe. "I'm sure they are fine. Miley called and said she is with him right now, so can we all please calm down?" Emily asked. "Miley is with Nick?" Kevin asked. "Yeah, she just texted me two seconds ago, but you guys were too busy freaking out to pay attention.." Emily tells him, rolling her eyes. "Oh, well that's good." Joe said, feeling relieved. "Yes." Ashley nods. "Do you know when they will be back?" Ashley asked to Emily. "No... But I'm hoping soon." Emily said.

Nick looks at her face for a minute. "Miley, there's something I've got to tell you... It's important." Nick tells her. "Oh okay, then tell me." Miley said. Nick looks down and begins to play with his ring on his finger. "Nick, what is it? What's wrong? Your starting to freak me out a little, please just tell me." Miley said, starts to get worried. Nick takes a deep breath and looks into Miley's eyes. "Miles... I've got some bad news..." Nick said. Miley takes both Nick hands in her. "Please, just tell me." Miley begs. Nick looks at their hands and stay silent. "Nick, your pretty much my... best friend. Please, just tell me what is going on..." Miley tells him, still worried. "Miley..." Nick said, takes a deep breath. "Yeah?" Miley asked, still holding on to his hands. Nick holding back tears. "Does it have something to do with the fact that your here at the Dr. Offices?" Miley asked. "Yeah it does." Nick nods. "Miley..." Nick said. (OH FOR GOD SAKES JUST SAY IT.... I CAN'T HOLD IT). "Nick, please just tell me." Miley begs, a tear rolls.

Joe starts watching tv. "What are we suppose to do now? Wait for them to get back?" Emily asked, eating popcorn. "Yeah I guess, what are we suppose to do?" Ashley asked. "We could plan Nick's party. It's tomorrow and after all... we never got to finish it this morning." Kevin suggests. "Oh! Good idea Kevin." Ashley said. "Can I have a pad and a pen?" Ashley asked, looking around for one. "Why?" Kevin asked, confused. 'Well, we want to write down what we're doing so Miley can see, and because that's what you do when you plan a party, duh." Ashley tells him. "Here you go, Ash." Joe said, hands her a pen and a note pad. "Thanks." Ashley said, takes it from Joe. "Okay good. Now let's get planning." Emily smiles.

"Miles, when I was driving off, I called Dr. James office and made an appointment to see him as possible." Nick tells her. "Oh... why?" Miley asked. "Well..." Nick starts to say, gets nervous.

Dr. James looks at her clipboard. "Ah, Nicholas Jonas, what can I do for you today. You said it was an emergency. What's wrong?" Dr. James asked. "Dr. James I need answers." Nick said. "Okay, well what do you want to know?" Dr. James asked. "Remember three weeks ago when I woke up from my coma and lost my memory?" Dr. James asked. "Yes, of course." Dr. James nod. "Well, I want to know, will I ever get my memory back?" Nick asked. "Hmm." She mutters, looks at her clipboard. "Even I don't know that. It depends upon your progress. Have you had any flashbacks of what happened before your accident?" Dr. James asked. Nick remembers him being jealous of Mitchell and attacking Miley with an oreo and smiles at the thought. "Only two..." Nick tells her. "Were they recent?" Dr. James asked. "... No." Nick said. "So you haven't made much progress than.." Dr. James said, writes something down on her clipboard. "Would you mind doing some tests?" Dr. James asked. "Sure, I'll doing anything." Nick nods. "Great, come with me than." Dr. James said.

After they take the tests...

Nick sitting on the examination table waiting for Dr. James. Dr. James walks in and closes the door. "What does the test say?" Nick asked, sitting up. "Well.. I'm afraid I have some bad news..." Dr. James said. "Bad news?" Nick asked, getting nervous. "Yes.." Dr. James nodded. "Okay... lay it on me.." Nick said, takes a deep breath. "Well, you've made very little progress, so the chance of you reigning your memory are... slim to none..." Dr. James said. "So your saying that I will probably never get my memory back?" Nick asked, holding back tears. Dr. James looks down. "I'm so sorry.." She apologizes. Nick puts his face in his hands and begins crying. "I'll leave now, take all the time you need." Dr. James said, walks out and closes the door.

Miley is crying hysterically. "Oh Nick... I'm so sorry." Miley cries, hugs him tightly. He has his arms around her. "I just wanted to remember everything so bad." He cries. "You will Nick. I promise, I don't care how long it takes. I'm going to help you remember." Miley tells him. Nick let's go. "Thanks Miles." He grins. "No problem. What are friends for...? Right...?" She asked, smiling. Thinking: Only I wish we were more... "Right. Friends..." Nick nods. Thinking: Too bad that's all we'll ever be...

Sorry... It was short....

But Nick isn't getting his memory back... But just wait he might with a little help with Miley ;) <3. I wonder how everyone is gonna take it? The party should be interested, let's just see what happens.
