I guess I don't mind some pairings Megumi x reader x Itadori for an example. Reader/oc is around their age and it's not considered bad.
However mfs on any fanfic site would add the entire cast x reader who's like 16? So Gojo, Nanami, Toji being freaking pedos lol.

Too much crazy. I hate reverse harem where some of the characters are double the reader's age in the story. This gets incredibly cringe and just dumb in storytelling.
If you want to make a jjk x reader with multiple characters please ffs make it appropriate.
If reader/oc is around Megumi and Yuji's age then have the harem around their ages. Don't make Gojo or Nanami into a minor. That's fucking gross.... Here's a list: Yuji Megumi Nobara Maki Kamo Muta Hakari (he's 18 and it's really not too far off the age gap and wouldn't be generically pedo) Todo Yuuta Inumaki Choso (questionable) but I'd beg to leave him out of it considering he probably more looks and acts in his 20s despite being 150 years old.
If reader/oc is around Gojo's age then here's the appropriate harem: Gojo Nanami Ijichi Higuruma Kashimo Toji Geto Choso Sukuna (yes stop making him fuck a 16 year old kid in one shots, tumblr fuckin cringe for this) Anyone else considered an adult
Stop mixing with your character being the centre of attention with adults and minors. Yes, it's considered pretty nasty.
