Moselle

I swim as fast as i could back to the island. I was about to make it before I feel Namors hand wrap around my ankle and I squeal as he drags me back and holds me against him. Kissing my collarbone and up my neck. I laugh as he brings his face in front of mine, chomping his teeth like he is going to bite me. I lean back in his arms still laughing as I try to push away from him as he continues with his biting motion.

"You're an animal." I laugh.

I watch that beautiful smile form on his face. The need to make him feel better after everything he told me took over after I saw the look on his face. Like he expected me to see him as a monster. I dont think I ever could see him that way. Not after everything he's shared with me today. He's made mistakes, and he regrets the things he did. Thats not a monster.

"Mi amor, you have no idea what kind of animal I can be." He smiles.

I lean in and give him a quick kiss before taking off up the sand bank to the shore. Namor follows closely behind. I don't make it far before my clumsy ass trips in the sand, giving Namor the chance to grab me by the waist and pulls me into him so my back is against his hard chest. His lips are on my neck kissing and nibbling softly. I lean my head back so it rests on his shoulder and bring my arm over and grip his hair, while his hands trail over my waist and across my stomach.

Something up the beach catches my eyes. I tilt my head to the side so I can see Namors face and he groans frustrated that I stopped him. "Did you do this?" I ask him as I point up to the beach to where a straw roof is tied up to the trees to provide shade. Underneath it blankets are laid out with some cushioned pillows along with a small rectangular table that sits on the floor with a kettle waiting for us.

"I asked you to have dinner with me." He reminds me, giving me a look that makes me want to melt. "This is how I have dinner."

"Isn't it a little early for dinner?"

"Are you asking we skip the meal and go into other activities?" He says into the shell of my ear, sending shivers down my spine.

"What kind of a girl do you take me for?" I say acting offended bringing my hand up to my heart.

He laughs before taking my hand and leading me to the makeshift picnic area. Once we are under the covered roof he reaches for a cloak that is hanging on a branch and wraps it around me, like he did this morning. Then he helps me sit as he takes his seat across from me, adjusting his own cloak. I grab the kettle and begin to pour the familiar floral citrus tea into his cup and then mine as we sit and talk, enjoying the tea.

Not shortly after two women show up with plates of different dishes from grilled meat and fish to tomalitos along with seaweed salad and fruit. My mouth waters at the different smells. I start by taking some fruit which is just mainly mangos, pinapple and what looks like dragon fruit. I take a chunk of mango and pop a piece in my mouth, savoring the sweet taste. I go to take another one when I realize Namor is watching me. I feel embarrassed that maybe I did something wrong that I retreat my hand back from the fruit, but Namor grabs my wrist and gently pulls it toward him. He takes one of my finger and places it in his mouth, sucking off the juice from the mango I picked up. One by one he does that to each finger, I can feel the heat rise to my face. I have never had someone so utterly obsessed with me or pay attention to me like this as he does. He lets go of my wrist and intertwines my fingers in his. "Come over here." He says in that low tone that makes my body vibrate. I do as he asks and walk around the small table, my fingers never leaving his.

As I make my way to his side he motions for me to sit in front of him. I do.

I sit and settle back against his chest, my head resting on his shoulder as he pulls me close. He brings the bowl of fruit closer to us as he picks a piece of pinapple and eats it.
