It was the last night and the end of summer talent show. I was the last one to get ready. I would proberly join them once I was done. Walking to the closet I pulled out the dress I would have worn if Jack and I were still going to dance. I was a deep red halter neck with a satin feel. I slipped it on and fastened before sliding my earring's in . Finally it was my shoes before I grabbed my purse and walked out. I stopped short seeing everyone standing there. There heard me and looked in my direction

"What are you still doing here?" I questioned confused

"We're waiting for you" Alice chirped

"You look beautiful." Esme smiled. All of them being nice it was weird, it felt unnatural. Jacob came over and held out his arm.

"Ready to go." I nodded but not taking it. Just because I was going didn't mean I wanted to hold his arm. Even though I get that he was trying to be better. He dropped his arm giving a faint smile

"Let's go then." We all left for the ballroom. We had a large table and everyone took their seats.

"Here Allison." Jacob gestured to the last seat in the corner. I sat down and played on my phone

"Ladies and gents, take advantage of our early birds special and register for next summer before you leave tomorrow, I always get emotional at the end of the season you've all been my family since I was 10 years old."

"Allison." I turn my head to Bella

"Please put your phone away it's a party." I furrow my eyebrows. Did she just say please? What the hell is happening to my family? Neither the less I put my phone away. I looked at my sister up on stage she gave our table a little wave. I sigh through my nose and listen as they began to sing the end of whatever song.

"Alex. Alex." Grandpa stood up and talked to our waiter handing him something

"Good luck in medical school."

"Thank you Dr Cullen. And thanks for your help with the Melissa situation." I turned my head no he didn't. He got Mels pregnant."

"Melissa situation."

"Yeah, we've all made mistakes huh, what makes us human." I watched as Grandpa took back the envelope. I stood up and joined them

"You got Mels pregnant?" I asked him

"I uhh."

"Let me handle this."

"Allison let's not cause a scene."

"I won't. Alex, you'd make a lousy doctor, you have no integrity. Now this is what's going to happen. You're gonna apologize to Mels then you're going to pay back every dime she spent going through hell or will personally rip your throat out and feed you to my wolf. Am I clear?" he gulped and nodded

"Good because no one hurts my family." I turned around and went to sit back down not saying anything else to my grandpa. I knew Jack didn't get her pregnant and this only confirmed it. Renesmee came up on stage with Jacob.

"Hi so, I planned on doing a different song tonight. But I changed my mind. I learnt a lot this summer including how my actions have affected others. So I thought I would do something nice for my sister. I recently learnt something about her and her life and I found a song that explains it. I hope she likes it." Okay now I was sure I had become a part of a freaky Friday movie.

I cleared my throat and took a sip of my drink as she finished. I gave a small clap as she came off the stage. The show continued, other acts came and went. Soon it was finishing.

"I am always moved saying goodbye to my guests at the end of the summer. But this is a summer I'll always remember. A summer of family. A summer of friendship and summer of..."

"Of love." Someone else called But not just anyone.

Jack.

I stared at the entrance as he scanned the crowd till he found what or rather who he was looking for. He came over to my table. To my family and stopped looking at me. He glanced my parents.

"Nobody puts my Ali, in a corner." he came closer "Come on." I took his hand beaming as he lead me to the stage. He headed to the microphone. Then looked back at the Summers men.

"If you don't mind this will take just a second." Michael pulled his grandfather back. I smiled up at him and he glanced at me before addressing everyone .

"Sorry for the disruption, folks. But this was a hell of a summer for me. I met someone who taught me a lot about life. About the kind of person I wanna be. About the kind of man I want to be. The kind of man who's not afraid to tell the truth." he then turned to talk to me

"I had the time of my life with you this summer. I don't know what happens to us from here. But I do know one thing. I love you." My smile got wider if that was even possible.

"And I'm hoping you'll be willing to dance with me one more time."

"Yes."

When Ali did the Swan lift there were lots of shocked faces on her family's faces. Jack brought her back down as the continued dancing. Ali laughed happy as continued dance but she caught her parents eyes. She took Jacks hand and lead him over.

-Ali-

"You were amazing out there." Dad complemented.

"Thank you." I smiled then looked at Jack.

"I didn't know you could dance like that." Mom added. She didn't know a lot of things infact I could proberly come out with a row of insults but I didn't.

"I have a good teacher." I held's Jack's waist. Grandpa came over

"Jackson. When I'm wrong, I say I'm wrong and I was wrong. I hope you accept my apology." Grandpa held out his hand. Jack took it.

"I do, sir." I giggled pulling him back out. We started singing. He lifted me up and twirled me around giggling. Setting me back he stroked my chin with his thumb then leant into kiss.

He dipped me down and brought me back up again.

I felt whole again
