Just as lizzy head hit the pillow I told her that I wanted to speak to her. She immediately sat up straight and looked up at me with curious brown eyes

" What do you mean Hunter? Is everything alright? " She asked sitting up and leaning against the bed. She looked so tired but still somehow was attentive.
"Lizzy actually to be honest nothing seems good right now" I said. Truthfully. I had no idea how was I sure how on earth was I supposed to tell her everything. She had the right to know, that was for sure but... What if my words hurt her and whatever progress we made is ruined and we go back to square one
"What do you mean, Hunter you need to elaborate.... You twisting words is not helping" She said reaching out for me and making me sit next to her. I sighed. There was no backing out now. The dice was cast. I had to spill the beans. It was now or never.
"Lizzy... I.. I was speaking to Ethan and he told me that in the pack there was a member Gorden.... He was weary of you attaining the luna position and becoming a part of the pack... He thought that once you find the opportunity to kill us you will... Ethan confronted him but that led to an ugly fight and as a result Gorden left the pack..... But his words.... His words made the pack doubt you and now they aren't as cheery as they were for you becoming luna.... They don't trust you" I said. She remained silent. I could hear the gears turning in her head. What was she thinking? Of course she must be thinking that this pack is crazy and that trusting us was a mistake for her. A part of me screamed internally telling me that I should abandon the pack and take her away that way we could go at a much slower pace, a pace at which she was comfortable but I knew that would be wrong. I sat there staring at her, waiting for her to break the silence.
"Hunter.... Are you also doubting me? " She asked. Wait! She was questioning my trust? Of course I trust her.... More than anything... I know that she was telling the truth..
"God's no... Of course not... Me Ethan rosyln... Nathan lexi we all trust you more than anything... We know that you were saying the truth about accepting us... Honestly the pack was too but then they realised that one of the daggers was missing from the confesssion room and.... Gorden saw you swipe it and there is evidence in the cctv and that's whats led to this problem. "I said. Of. Course inknew that the dagger wasissing, even I saw her stealing them, but I let her... Somewhere in my heart I knew she would never hurt us.... She could never hurt us. She was naive and innocent, those rogues made her the harsh wolf slayer but that was a past now, burried in the snow.
" Hunter... The only reason I took the dagger was to protect myself , before you convinced me that you and the pack were not going to hurt me... I was scared and vulnerable.... And to have some sort of safety... I stole the dagger " Shesaid. She was trying to justify what she did... She didn't have to.... I knew exactly what she was feeling.... If I was in her position then I would probably be doing hte same thing.
"Hey... I totally get it and I dont blame you... Don't worry" I said and sbe nodded
"How am I suppose to earn the packs trust" She asked. This was going to be even more shocking for her
"Well... Uhm don't take us wrong... But the only solution we could get was.... to begin by marking you it will allow your thoughts to easily pass through everyone's head and you would feel much more closer to us and me We can then begin by renowing the bonds you were beginning to form with the pack in the party..... If we crown you luna that day... The pack would feel much more safer. I mean after you're luna, harming us would be tough because of the strong connections you will have will have with us"I said and she shushed. I watched as she slowly backed away from me and looked at me in the eye. She never broke the eye contact but kept thinking about something... Gods I wish I could read her mind right now.... The anticipation is too much.... Just as her silence was slowly to get me nervous she spoke
"Mark me Hunter and crown me Luna at the party" She said maintaining an eye contact... Did I hear her correct... Was she saying the truth... Or was it my mind tricking me... Again
"Lizzy are you sure.... If you need time... We can take things slow.... I and Ethan would come up with a second plan" I said fumbling... Of. Course there was no other option but I didn't want to force her into something... Something so important like this... Something she won't be able to escape.... Ever in her life
"I am sure Hunter... Mark me. " She said. I sighed and then nodded
"I'll try to make at less painful as I can"I said
"Wait.... How are you going to mark me?" She asked... Did she even listen to me during the morning?
"Biting you and then mating with you" I said. Her eyes went wide but then she nodded.
I searched her eyes once.ore,akimg sure that she was telling the truth...giving her the chance to sau no...because if I started now I would not ne able to stop. I sighed....she was not backing down so I leaned towards her neck and sniffed her
"You smell so tasty and so irristable" I murmerred. She moaned as I began softly kiss her neck.
"Ahhh.. Mhmmm" Herscreams turned to moans
"Mhmm" I moaned as her hand went into my hair. My lips travelled their way up my jaw before crashing on her lips. A while after our clothes piled at the corner and I began to thrust home

We laid next to each our limbs tangled beneath the sheets
"You good? " I asked when we regained our breaths. I didn't hurt her hopefully. I tried to be very gentle keeping my wolf in control. He did take over every few minutes but when it was too much for her I took control.
"Yep" She said....
"Gosh... Your marks looks so good" I said eying the place where the tattoo was beginning to form
"What does it look like? " Sne asked
"See for yourself" I said picking her up and taking her to the bathroom mirror. She set her hair to the side and saw the mark... My signature mark... Reserved for her... Only for her
"Every mate gets the initials of their mate imprinted on them" I explained and she nodded
"It's beautiful" She said and I smiled
"Not as beautiful as the person on whom it has been placed " I said and it was now her turn to smile sl. After admiring it for a while, I carried her back to the bed where she rested my head on my chest.
"Hope you don't mind being a pillow" She said. I could never mind being a pillow for you love... But are you sure I am comfy.... After all I am just a pile of muscles with no fat tissues.
"Am I that comfy" I asked teasingly and she nodded smiling.
"Well then.. I'm at your service love" I said as I pulled the covers to our necks, I hummed a soft song, the song my mom used to sing to me...it always vslmed me and I wanted tos hate the song with her. I looked down and saw that she was asleep with a smile on her face.
Tomorrow we would go to the pack house and try to gain the trust of the members. There was still a week to. The party and crowning ceremony. This was going to be tough. I sighed. Closing my eyes I smiled... The only feelings radiating from her were love, relaxation and happiness. Soon sleep overpowered me as well.
