The Luna crowning ceremony was tomorrow, I lay in bed watching my mate try in the beautiful gown I chose for her. She looked so beautiful, so radient, so relaxed and hell gorgeous... And you know what the best part was... The girl was mine. I sniffed the air in hope of getting a whiff of her scent but instead of her scent I got a whiff of blood, dead blood and I instantly knew she was on her monthly cycle, which means she was going to be moody and was going to crave sweets... Is there anything sweeter than me?
She wants chocolates, yummy delicious chocolate said my wolf. He sure knew how to burst my bubble. I was brought out of my trance when I heard her speak
"Is there not way to hide these damn cuts, it's ruining the final look" She said softly. I guess she was talking to herself
"Well, if I lick the wound they will heal faster" I said
"How? " She asked turning towards me. And sitting down in front of me
"Warewolf saliva has healing powers which work on their human mate as well" I said
"Uh does it mean Xavier will take control of you and that i will have to deal with a big black wolf again? " She asked
Does she not want to meet me again? Have I upset her? Mate angry at Xavier? Asked my wolf
"Yep" I said popping the p. Replying to Xavier and lizzy
"Okay, I guess, Xavier is cute and really really nice unlike you who literally has no time for me" She said
Mate angry at hunter, mate happy with Xavier. She likes me. Said xaiver
"What do you mean by I have no time for you, darling I also have time for you" I said
"Oh really..... It's been two days since the attack and I have been lying in bed all day, how many minutes have you stayed beside me? Barely an hour a day..... You hardly even sleep next to me. Have I done something wrong? Are you angry at me and trying to avoid me? " She asked
"You ignore mate. Told you it was bad idea". Said Xavier
"You also were with me" I said
"Of course not... It's nothing you have done actually...... Gorden escaped our men and now is on the run...I... I am a bit caught up in tightening the security of the pack and palace " I said
"Palace?? " She asked. Shit I. Forgot to mention about being a king.
"Trouble, mate going to be mad, we lied to mate. We hurt her feelings" said Xavier
"Shut it" I said

"Uh yeah..... About that..... I forgot to mention to you that apart from being an alpha..... I am a king..... So when you will be crowned Luna...... You'll also be crowned. Queen"I said smiling sheepishly and scratching the back of my neck
"Wrong move Xavier... Let Xavier take control now" Said Xavier
"No".
" Yes"
"WHAT!!!! How does one forget to tell that!!!!!! " She said turning around, causing her to lose her balance and almost fall.... She caught herself with the help of the dressing table next to her . Using my wolf speed I was buy her side in an instant. She was still injured and hurt and needed rest.
"Postpone Luna crowning ceremony. Mate needs rest" Said Xavier
"I can't... The pack already has started the preparation " I said
"Mate come first"
"Pack also is important"
"You okay? " I asked
"Okay? I am so not okay. You forgot to tell me that your a king.... A day before the ceremony I get to know that after that I will be a Queen and I would have an entire kingdom of God knows how many packs to look after..... So you see Hunter I am not okay...... I terrified and pissed. " She said angrily
"Uh 30 packs each of 600 wolves each and one Royal pack... The pack we are currently staying with consisting of 1000+ wolves " I said
Mate angry and you keep saying stupid things Xavier taking control now
She gave me a 'are you serious' look and turned back into the closet , changed into something comfy and stormed out of the room ignoring Xavier calls and explanation.

"Ethan Jordan Black.... Your luna commands you to show yourself now! " She screamed. I don't think she realised that she used her Luna voice. I watched as the entire pack house stood still and bowed their heads baring their necks to her. Good that they respected her. I came up behind her and looked around. I tried to wrap my arms around her but one glare and angry growl from her and I backed off. Angry mates are scary.
"Handle with care... Don't do anything stupid to upset her more" I told Xavier
"Xavier knows... Xavier never hurts mate" He said.
Ethan appeared thirty seconds later
"Luna" He said bowing respectivly
"Everyone back to work, I want to talk to the beta alone" She said. I watched as everyone nodded and walked out. I didn't move.
"Hunter I said alone.. Which means not even you will be staying here.... Actually leave it Ethan follow me" She said
Xavier growled . No way was he going. To leave her alone... He never took commands and being ordered is not something he liked
"Ethan stop.... Lizzy I am the alpha you can't command me to go away" I said
"Yes I can.... I am the Luna..... Your equal... So I can command you Hunter" She said.
"She is right Xavier let's go"
"No, she is my mate... Not his"
"He is her best friend"
"I don't care, she is my mate... She can't be alone with him"
"You have not been crowned Luna yet....i can strip you from the title if your not worthy and you'll just be a human" I said angrily.
"What the hell Xavier. She will be hell upset and hurt. You know what, let me take control of the situation now. You have done enough as an immature wolf. Who even crowned you alpha" I said angrily
Xavier growled bit then whimpered
"Xavier sorry... Mate sad... Hunter fix this " He said
"Oh so your going for that..... Fine then..... Ethan as a friend just follow me.... There is no need for you to follow my command..... After all I am not a Luna... Just a mere human... Destined to be his mate that is if he thinks I am worthy. I bet if it wasn't for the mates bond.... He might not have even been I interested in me.... Hunter just tell me are you stuck with me just because of the mate bond ....are any of your feeling real or are you just expecting an heir for your bloody throne? " She asked. Ouch,that was a tight. Slap.
"Ethan, go and. Get some. Chocolates and a hot water bottle for your Luna... I need some privacy with her" I said
"Don't hurt her more alpha" He said
"I won't... I will try to fix this situation"
"What happened to her"
"I forgot to tell her thay I am king alpha and she is on her periods" I said.
"Okay... Chocolates and hot water bottle on the way"
I watched Ethan slowly walk away.
Lizzy turned around wiping her tears, walking back when I grabbed her wrist
"Lizzy... " I Said softly. I watched. Her slowly stop and turn, her eyes were red with tears. I felt so bad for causing them.
"Just listen to me once. All that I said about stripping you off your title and you just being a mere human was because I was angry... The alpha blood didn't like being told off of being ordered. I am sorry for saying that but please don't walk away without You both me and xavier would die. Yours the air we breathe and the very reason why we live. You wanted to know whether it was not for the mate bond would I be attracted to you, then the answer is yes I would still have been attracted to you. The day I saw you at the meeting I instantly was attracted to you... Your aura is such. It attracts anyone . You make everyone around you calm. The entire pack before you arrived was a mess, I was a mess.... If I recount on the number of times I killed and tortured prisoners for fun then it would cross 100, but the day you arrived into my life.... I wanted to change.... Change for you... I wanted to become a better person for you and I am still trying to improve. Your a natural born Luna and a natural born queen. I have seen you fight... The pack has seen you fight... Your not just a mere human.... Your a life changer human... The love of life and the light of the pack and the future queen of the wolf kingdom. I am so sorry for the way in just spoke to you about you being unworthy.... I'm sorry.... Please forgive me, forgive me for forgetting to tell you that I am a king... Forgive me for shouting at you and forgive me for hurting your feelings"I said looking down. I was so upset and guilty.
"Only of you forgive me for talking to you like I did.... I should have calmly sorted out my problems with you instead of going crazy" She said
"I guess we both were wrong and I don't blame you for shouting at me, I mean I guess you are having mood swings due to your periods. " I said and she nodded
"Uh how did you know about my periods" She asked
"I am a warewolf hunny.... I smelt the blood and your hormone and realised it in the morning itself that's why I have sent ethan to go and get you some chocolates and a hot water bottle for the cramps. If you want we can cuddle in our room... Ethan will bring everything upstairs? " I asked and she nodded. I was glad that everything was okay now.
I scooped her into my arms and carried her to the bed. She smelt divine
Mate forgave us.... Whoof whoof. Yippie
"So now are we good? " She asked and I nodded
I laid her onto the bed and climbed in after her cuddling her. I
"Come in Ethan" I Said
Ethan walked in with a tray of yummy chocolates, dark, light, milk, mint, caramel, name the chocolate and it was there, he handed me the hot water bottle, which I handed to her ,who kept it on my abdomen and sighed in relief.
"Luna... You wanted to tell me something earlier? "Asked Ethan and she nodded
" Why in the world did you not tell me that Hunter is a king and this is a Royal pack.? " She asked
We forgot, beta should have told said Xavier agreeing with Lizzy.
"I thought alpha told you" He said looking at me and then Lizzy
"Great escape Ethan" I said
"He didn't... he forgot to mention it... You should have told me.... I am your best friend right? " She said
"Of course Elizabeth... I mean Luna your my bestest of best friend" He said and she nodded
"Call me Lizzy" She said and he nodded.
As Ethan got up to leave the room, capser walked in
"Hi girl.. I missed you " She said as she curled up between Lizzy and me. I glared at her
Competition. This cat bad. Snatching. Mate from me said Xavier.
"Casper sit over here... This big bad wolfie wants to cuddle me" She said shifting casper to her left side so that she was between us.

She looked at the tray of chocolates and picked one and began eating. She took a bite and then offered some to me

"Mhmmm, these are good" I said
"Yup" She said
"Hey... How many people would be present tomorrow at the time for the crowning" She asked
" Uh the entire pack and the rest of the kingdoms"I said.
My eyes widened
"Arnt they so many..... How will I deal either everyone" She said
Mate nervous said. Xavier
"Darling I'll be there... Don't sweat " I said and she nodded. She snuggled closer to me and Xavier purred at the warmth coming from her.
Sometime during the night Xavier took control and I was in my wolf form. For some reason I felt as some sort of threat was present from which I had to protect my mate from... I got up and frantically paced around the room, sniffing the air for some intrusion and also kept looking outside the window..... I thought I saw something move but when I asked my patrol gaurds to check they said no one was there. Sighing I jumped back into the bed, laying half my body on her tummy and curled into a ball. I made sure that my weight was minimum on her, so as to avoid suffocating her in bed. I felt her hand dive into my fur and even in her sleep she was driving my senses frenzy. Soon she was cuddling me and Xavier instantly fell at ease.... However I couldn't keep wondering about those red eyes staring back at me.
