TURNS OUT, Will and Angel were too late to take down any other monsters as they had been already taken care of by other campers. On top of that, Percy and Annabeth were currently missing and were nowhere to be found. After hearing that, Angel was worried about both of them, mainly Annabeth, which was how he ended up in a search team with Clarisse, Will and a few other campers as they searched for them.

Will had his arm wrapped around Angel, having learned he loves physical touch and it helps him feel better and Will was more than willing to do anything in his power to do so, "I'm sure they're both fine." Will said as he rubbed Angel's shoulder, trying to ignore the heat that floods his cheeks as Angel leaned closer to him knowing it wasn't the time to feel flustered by him.

Angel put a smile on his lips as he nodded, he was already stressed enough with Nico, the last thing he needed was Annabeth and Percy to go missing. "Yeah, I know that..."

They were both fine, they had to be.

And thankfully they were as it didn't take no longer than fifthteen minutes of searching before their group ran straight into them. Angel's eyes widen and a sense of worry left his shoulders as he bolted out of Will's hold and ran straight to Annabeth, throwing his arms around her, "You're okay!"
