ANGEL AND NICO made their way through the lobby of the Empire State building in silence. They walked silently as they clenched each other's hands tightly. They continued out the door without a word as they entered the streets of Manhattan. Angel was quick to start conversation as soon as they hit the streets as the silence between them was starting to make Angel fidgety and antsy.
"So, like, do you wanna stay around and head to camp with everyone else a little later on? Or would you be more comfortable with just heading back to the Underworld? Your choice." Angel questioned as he flickered his eyes over to him.
He tugged him closer to his side as he glared towards a older man that almost bumped into Nico as they continued walking through the streets of Manhattan. There was no reason someone should have been walking that close to them considering the streets weren't all that filled at the moment as people were still knocked out in a few places.
Though as Angel glanced around, he felt sick as he noticed a few Apollo and Ares kids going around and helping more injured or in worst case, deceased demigods. Even now Angel wasn't completely sure of the true extent of the casualties they had lost over the course of the battle and he wasn't quiet sure he wanted to know the real number.
