IF THERE WAS ONE THING that Angel could admit that Camp Jupiter just about beat Camp Half-Blood in, (besides life expectancy) it was most definitely the food. Unlike with Camp Half-Blood, the food didn't just appear (a small downside), it was delivered by invisible wind spirits that Angel knew to be called aurae, very pretty name. They waited on the campers and just like with the appearing food, they seemed to know exactly what everyone wanted.

They were quick and effective with the way they blew plates and cups around so quickly, that the mess hall around them looked like a delicious food hurricane. Angel's almost been hit in the head a few times by flying plates the first time he and Nico had got here. Though he's learned better than to get up too fast now, he knew if he did that he was more likely to get beaned by some nasty beans than to not be. He hates beans.

As usual, the Fifth Cohort took the place of least honored. Their tables were all the way in the back of the dining hall, right beside the kitchens. Something while others didn't like, Angel loved. Hazel's table was always the least crowded of the bunch as usually it's just her and Frank, though tonight it was them, as usual, along with Percy, Angel, Nico and the Fifth's centurion Dakota. Angel could tell the Roman two were a bit confused as to why he was there, but Angel just figured that Dakota probably felt some kind of obligation to welcome in Percy as the new recruit.
