Taking a deep breath he tried diverting the topic "Waise apko badi clarity hain relationships ke mamle me... apne kabhi ni btaya apne ex ke baare me ya present me koi crush ya liking?"
"About ex... I dont like talking about dogs... and as far as present liking ki baat karu to hain ek but wo mujhe bhaav ni deta" Teja got sad.
"Kon hain jo apko bhav ni deta.. mujhe btao I will help you agar main usse janta hua to" Karan offered help.
"Tum jante ho but fir bhi kuch ni kar sakte.. wo tumhari baat bhi ni manega" Teja started giggling now.
"Kyu? Aise confuse mat karo mujhe btao na kon hain?" He was getting restless now.
"Virat Kohli... I love him to the core but wo mujhe bhaav ni deta" with this she started laughing loudly.
"Are yaar aap bhi na.. " he also laughed.
"Acha seriously btayo what are your thoughts about love?" he enquired.
"Honestly abhi I am very neutral towards it.. i mean na main isko leke positive hu na negative. But I am not looking for it or expecting to find it soon... actually you can say abhi i am trying to stay away from it... Career pe focus karna hain yaar" she tried explaining her side.
"For the first time aap mujhe confused lag rahe ho" he giggled.
"Confused ni hu... ok let me rephrase it... i believe in love but abhi m koi relationship ni chahti.. I am happy in my current phase" this time she sounded a bit confident.
"Ok... so you are open to arrange marriage as well?" he asked.
"Ni... I am a bit apprehensive when it comes to arrange marriage... I mean I should atleast know that person a bit and only when I feel that he is 200% sure about it then I will go for marriage" She stated her thoughts.
"Ok... last ques... what if you have a friend who likes so but you don't like him.. i mean apka friend hain so wo stranger to ni hi h so it is not an arrange marriage... to tab aap kya karoge" he raised his eyebrows.
"I don't know... I don't want to lie but I genuinely don't know" she was honest.
"Ok.. but iske baare me sochna zaroor... these things do happen in reality" he suggested.
She hummed in response.
They continued talking for sometime and then Karan came back to his room to sleep... Teja was still sitting on the terrace and pondering over his question.
On the other side when Karan was on terrace, Nishant got a bit confused and thought 'Karan ne small town and big city wali baat to boli but ek baar bhi ye ni bola ki I have a girlfriend islie koi chance ni hain'.
Just to understand the situation he called Vidhi.
"Hi Vidhi.. ssup?"
"Hi Nishant.. kuch ni bas web series dekh rahi thi... what about you?" Vidhi replied.
"Same.. acha ye bta Teja kaha hain?" he wanted to know if she is nearby Vidhi right now or not.
"Wo to terrace pe gai hain... clothes dry karne.. kyu kya hua.. all good?" she frowned.
"Haan ... bas mujhe samjh ni aa rha Karan and uska kya chal rha h... i mean i find ki Karan Teja ke sath kuch zyada hi comfortable hain.. itna to maine Anusha ke saath bhi usse aise baat karte ni dekha.." He poured his thoughts.
"Ohk.. pta ni yaar but Teja to uske sath normally hi behave karti hain.. i mean wo raat ko 2 baje soti hain tab tak she talks to Karan and few of her other friends also.. but mujhe ni lagta ke Karan ki sath kuch alag baat karti hain.. wo apne sab friends ke sath aisi hi hain" She explained.
"Ok... may be main zyada excited ho gya tha... chal tu apni web series continue kar... or haan un dono ko mat btaio ki maine ye baat ki thi terese" He warned her.
"Haan haan isme btane wala kya hain but still main ek baar Teja se indirectly puchti hu about Karan to see what she replies... but i highly doubt ki jaise tum soch rahe ho waisa kuch hain?" she stated her point.
"Ok.. but zyada ungli bhi mat kario.. wo samjh gai to mujhe kha jaegi " he said
They both wished each other good night after this and continued watching series on their laptop.
When Karan came back to his room he had a wide smile on his face as he was recalling the fondness and love that Teja has for Virat Kohli.
"bhai kuch keh rahe the kya?" Nishant asked Karan removing his earphones.
"Ni main to kuch ni bola" replied Karan.
"Tum hass rahe the ne isilie pucha" Nishant raised his eyebrows.
"Ni.. wo Teja ki baat yaad karke hass raha tha... are ye web series to mujhe bhi dekhi ni.. earphones nikal do speaker pe dekh lo dono ek sath dekh lenge." Karan said looking at his laptop screen.
"Haan okay.. to fir ek kaam karte hain na jo fridge me beer ki bottle padi hain wo khol lete hain.. 1-1 le lete h" Nishant said removing the earphones and proceeding towards fridge.
Karan nodded. They both watched the series with beer and lays. They had some fun time together.
In between Nishant did notice Karan sending some messages to Teja regarding what are they doing. He found it weird that Karan is not chatting with Anusha but with her at this hour.
After sometime Teja came back to her room. She saw Vidhi was scrolling on her phone lying down on her bed.
"Teja... hamari training me ek bhi dhang ka ladka ni hain yr... bas ek Umar hi theek tha.. wo to pehle hi Donal pe flat hain" Vidhi initiated the conversation.
"Hmm.. mujhe to Umar bhi ok ok laga.. kuch khas ni" Teja gave a not interested look.
"So u mean tujhe abhi tak koi bhi ladka acha ni laga office me" Vidhi wanted to know her thoughts.
"Yaar hum office kaam karne jate hain... marriage bureau thodi hain wo koi" Teja giggled.
"Haan but kabhi kabhi kisi ko dekh ke lagta hain na that he is good" Vidhi said.
She paused for few seconds.
"Ya fir uske sath time spend karke lagta hain that he is a nice guy and if he is single to kuch ho sakta tha mera or uska" Vidhi continued.
She tried reading Teja's expressions after saying the last thing.
