Zee's POV

I was running around taking orders and giving them to the people in the back to cook. I always wished I could have a more interesting life, but I'm honestly really happy about how my life has turned out. Granted I never really get out much other than work or spending time with my friends. And yea I wish I could go on dates and have fun and live my adult life more interesting and crazy. That was all until someone came into my life that caught my attention.

It felt like a normal day at the diner, when I heard the sound of the bell ding, I looked up to greet the person, but got lost in his eyes. I felt like I could form any words because he was so gorgeous looking.

" Hey, You there?" he said

I looked down in embarrassment. " Yea sorry." I whispered

He smiled and then looked at the menu above my head. I waited patiently while messing around with my fingers. It was a nervous habit I have. I heard him cores his throat to get my attention, so I looked up and gave him a small nervous smile.

" What can I get you, sir?" I asked politely

He smirked real fast, but it went away. " I'll just have a burger with fries."

I taped the computer a few times and then looked up. " Do you want a drink with that or is that all?" I questioned

He nodded his head, " Um...just water please."

I smiled and taped the computer a couple more times before telling him the total. " That will be $35.21 please."

He handed me the cash and smiled before walking to a table. I could feel him watching me which made me get even more nervous.

Kelly's POV

After I ordered my food I couldn't keep my eyes off the beautiful lady who took my order. I could tell she knew I was watching her when she blushed and got nervous. I thought it was adorable. I never really believed in love at first sight, but I may have just found the girl of my dreams.

It didn't take long for my food to come. When I saw her walk over with my food, I gave her a gentle smile. She smiled and placed the plate down and went to walk away, but I gently stopped her. She turned around a little, just so she could face me.

" What's your name beautiful?" I asked

She smiled and looked down. " Zee." she spoke softly

I nodded and let her go. I started digging into my food, but I could not get her out of my head. It's like she was already taking over. My boss will not like that at all, because he likes when I have a clean mind. Right now I'm kind of scared for my boss to find out that I'm starting to get distracted by this girl.

I got up to leave when I got an idea, I grabbed a napkin and wrote down my phone number to place it in the tip jar for her. I know it may be stupid, but I just want to leave without being noticed too much.

I quietly walked out the door and to my car where I could spy on her and wait for her reaction. I was nervous to see what would happen, but also kind of excited because she's adorable when she gets excited or shy.
