Trouble in Paradise- JJ Maybank

Author's Note- I am honestly going to tell you when I first watched Outer Banks I immediately fell in love with JJ. This imagine was requested by @HolaPeeps1.

It was the start of a new day and I just finished getting ready to head to figure eight where my friends were hanging out in an unfinished house. I was wearing a black bikini with some shorts and a tank top covering it. I had on some white converse that have seen better days. I headed to the kitchen to grab a couple of snacks to eat. After I finished grabbing things I headed on my walk to the unfinished house.

'Skip the walk'

JJ's POV

I was sitting on the scaffolding drinking my can of beer while watching John B balancing on the roof of the unfinished kook house. My mind kept wandering to things. I got snapped out of my thinking mind when I heard an all familiar voice say " What's up my squad!" I made eye contact with the girl that I have known most of my life growing up.

Parker's POV

When I got there I could hear Kie complaining from inside the house. I just ignored her for the time being. I made my way outside where I could hear the boys chatting it up. I said " What's up my squad!" They all stopped talking to make eye contact with me. I saw Pope give me a smile with a wave. I looked up to John B and said " Are you trying to get hurt my friend." John B just gave me a grin with a wink. My eyes then landed on the boy I have known most my life. I could never tell anyone, but I may or may not have abducted a small crush and actually scratched that big crush on JJ. I was about to make my way up to the boy himself until I was hugged from an all familiar arm. My best girl friend Kiara but all of us call her Kie. Kie said " Can you not kill yourself." to John B when she noticed him on the roof. I started giggling, but stopped when I heard JJ say " Don't drop that beer, I'm not giving you another one!" Then there was a gust of wind and the beer fell to the ground. We all muttered small things to the boy that was groaning. Pope all of a sudden said " Guy's security's here." We all made a run to the van. While running I almost ran it to Gary the security guard, but JJ grabbed my wrist when he ran past me. JJ then got grabbed by Gray's partner. He said " Not much of a hugger man!" and started laughing. When I made it to the fence we had to jump over JJ to give me a boost because I was shorter than him. Once I was over the fence Pope came after me, but fell face first. JJ came over and said "Come on Pope festo's coming." We ran to the van that already had John B and Kiara in it. I jumped in the van and landed on the floor. JJ jumped in next and landed right on top of me. " JJ got off of me. " He got off me to got torture Gary. I sat next to Kie on the floor. Kie said " JJ stop your going to give him a heart attack." I started laughing. For the rest of the ride I just looked out the window. I felt a tap on my shoulder and snapped out of my train of thought. I saw JJ still in the van with me. " You coming Parker." I nodded, JJ was about to get out of the van before I grabbed his arm. " Um, can I try something." JJ came back to sit in front of me and I put my arms around his neck. He got the point, but did not move. I leaned in so our lips were dangerously close. He got tired of waiting so he took matters in his own hands and filled the gap. His lips were soft but he was also very gentle. I was the first to pull away from our kiss. We stared at each other as we went inside the Chateau.

'Skip about 1 week later'

We were all hanging out at John B's house except JJ because he said he had to do something. I wanted to talk to him about the kiss we shared but I never got a chance since he is ignoring me. I was zoning out while looking at my shoes until I heard footsteps coming up the steps. Everyone kept laughing at something until JJ turned his head and that's when I saw the marks. I started crying so I excused myself to go to the dock. When I got to the dock I let the tears go. Before I could even process the footsteps coming I saw someone sit next to me. I turned my head to see JJ. He said " What's wrong Parker?" I said " nothing." JJ said " Was it the kiss we shared in the van." I nodded and he then said " Why, I just thought it was in the moment. " I said " I like you JJ a lot." I looked at him to see his reaction but it was blank. He got up to walk away, I tried to grab his hand, but he moved too fast. I just went home after sitting there for a little bit.
