Grace POV
"Grace, you alright?" Lando asks."You've been quiet since you woke up," I slide my phone over to him, showing him the message that Daniel had sent.
"Why would he lie?" He asks, sitting on the chair beside me."There has to be another reason for this, right?"
"I don't know he's never hid anything from me before. I thought we were doing fine." I sigh. Lando hands me back my phone, grabbing his.
"I'm going to give him a piece of my mind," he says, looking down at his phone, his face dropping.
"What is it?" He turns his phone around to me it was pictures of Daniel with my ex Austin and then some with his ex Heidi.
"I don't know what's going on Grace this isn't like him at all," he speaks.
I was so confused the photos with Heidi didn't look bad it looked like they were talking with a huge gap between them, but with Austin, they were close. The conversation seemed heated.
"What if Austins telling him stuff about me that isn't true and what if he believes them,"
"You're the sweetest person I've ever met. Daniel knows you he won't by whatever Austin is selling," he says."Maybe you should try ring him again. Figure out what's going on," I sigh.
I take my phone out, but I'm stopped by the man walking through my front door. Daniel looks up at the two of us freezing in his place as he sees the photos that layer on Landos phone
"I can explain," he instantly says.
"Please do," he looks at Lando. "Lando can stay,"
"I don't know if you want that,"
"I do," he nods, coming towards us, and sits down.
"I was going back home to visit family, but at the airport, I got a message from Austin on Instagram telling me that I'd want to speak to him. I was confused. I mean, why would I want to talk to him, but it stuck in my head, so I asked him where he wanted to meet. He told me he was in Monaco for a fashion show, so I took the jet, and I flew there instead." I frown at his words, but let him continue."When i got there and went to the place he told us to meet, Heidi was there she was equally confused why we were both there Austin had invited her there aswell not knowing that I would be showing up that's were those photos are from after we figured out he was trying to set me up we left separately but not before the paparazzi took those photos," he sighs "when I did finally find were Austin was and got there I was even more pissed he just laughed putting an envelope on the table," he bites his lips then looks at lando "Are you sure you want him to hear the rest?"
"I'm more than sure," I nod, he copies, continuing.
"He said that he wanted me to break up with you. I refused to do so, so he motioned towards the envelope and said to take a look inside. I did," he looks down."The envelope was full of naked photos of you,"
"What?" I ask .I've never sent him photos like that or even let him take any of me,"
"They didn't look like you knew they were being taken. There was also a pendrive," he takes the drive out of his pocket, placing it on the counter."He said this was for my eyes since he has a copy," he sighs. "It's a video of you two in bed together,"
"He recorded us?" Daniel nods my eyes filled with tears. How could someone do something like this.
"He told me to think it over what he offered me, and you break up, and they don't get out,"
"We broke up ages ago. Why does he care if I'm with you?"
"Because it's us that's now in the spotlight, not him. I had to come here and tell you everything. If these get out, it could ruin you," he speaks.
"I'm sorry," Lando says. "I'm trying to wrap my head around what you've just said," he shakes his head."If those pictures get released or the video, it'll show that she had no idea they were being taken. I mean, you said it yourself she didn't look like she knew,"
"Some of them look as if you're asleep,"
"I'm going to call Alex and tell him to get our lawyers involved. If he wants to release them, he can, but I won't go down without a fight," I state.
"What if we act like we broke up he won't release them then," I shake my head.
"I know, Austin. I know his ways. He says he won't release them, but he will he just wants us to break up he gets what he wants and he tries to ruin me in the process I'm not letting him get in the way of my happiness or my career," I speak "if he wants a fight then that's what he's going to get."
