Onyx chuckle and balance her in his arms. She kiss his cheeks and ruffle his hair.
"I hate your hair in braids."
"Good. That way I won't bend you over a table."
"Enticing. When we get back you won't be leaving the house."
"I adore you."
"I adore you more."
The sound of a shuttle sound outside meaning the troops are here.
"Ready to go?"
"Yes."
He set her down and grab his armor and blade. She grab her own armor and blade that Onyx made for her and follow him out.
Her jaw hit the floor at the huge hunk of metal infront her.
"How many people are on there?"
"Over twenty thousand. Men leave their families to join us. They know what the are getting into when they sign up."
"I'll pray this go well."
She put her bag on her back and grab the ladder before climbing up. Azulon pull her up and Onyx follow behind her.
"Welcome aboard the Persius."
"This is huge."
"This is your husband's ship. He love it more than life itself."
"But not more than you,"Onyx said.
"That's good to know. Let's start training."
"Azulon take over for me."
"Got it."
Savannah follow Onyx to a huge training room. She set her bags down in a corner and try not to panic. She never thought she would see the day when she would be training to go into battle.
"Heads up."
He throw a spare her way and it was luck that make she catch it.
"That was good."
"Do not kill me."
She will be dead before she reach earth. If not by badluck the by exhaustion because she's already feeling it and they haven't reach anywhere yet.
