Chapter - 12

Next day in morning lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian first met with Lan Xichen. After that they went to meet their bunnies. When they return from back mountain , they saw Wen Ning outside the jingshi waiting for them.

Wei Wuxian understood Wen Ning's intention. He sighed while shaking his head.

" Wen Ning , I know why are you here ? "

" Master Wei ! "

" Hanguang Jun ! "

Wen Ning cupped his hands at the infront and bowed.

" Wen Ning , I won't take you with us." Wei Wuxian declared leaving no space for argument.

" Master Wei , but it's my duty."

" Wen Ning I told you earlier too , you aren't my servent. Now everything is fine . I Just want you to live your life with your sister in peace."

" But.."

" No , but. You aren't coming."

Wen Ning looked down. Wei Wuxian always treated him with respect and brotherly love . He also respected him a lot. He just wanted to help Wei Wuxian and protect him. For him Wei Wuxian had done so much selflessly. It's the least he could do.

Wei Wuxian saw Wen Ning looking down. He knew he made the other upset but he didn't want Wen Ning to face anymore danger.

" Master Wen , go with A'yuan during their joint training." Lan Wangji said as he saw Wei Wuxian struggling.

" Yes, Wen Ning go with them. You can help them in need during night hunts. A'yuan will be happy if his uncle wen go with him." Wei Wuxian said in cheerful voice.

Wen Ning nodded and left. He was happy that he will be helpful as he knew how much A'yuan important for Wei Wuxian.

" Ah !! Lan Zhan thank you . I really didn't want him to come with me everytime. I want him to live for himself."

Lan Wangji just walk past Wei Wuxian and entered in jingshi court yard. Wei Wuxian got confuse by the cold behaviour.

" Aiyaa lan zhan, did I offend you ? Why ignoring me ?" Wei Wuxian said hurriedly walking behind lan Wangji.

" What did Wei Ying say ? " Lan Wangji said entering inside Jingshi.

" I asked why ignoring...."

" Before that "

" I thanked... "

Wei Wuxian realised his mistake. He smiled sheepishly.

" Sorry lan zhan, I won't say again. " Wei Wuxian said while standing in front of Wangji, giving him puppy eyes.

" Forgive Wei Ying." Wangji said .

Wei Wuxian smiled . He wanted to thank but then he stopped himself.

" Lan Zhan , why are we here ? "

" Need something."

Lan Wangji took out one set of cloth and money . He put them in his qiankun pouch . He also took for changing. Wei Wuxian understood what Wangji was doing. He sat there waiting for him to come back.

After ten minutes Wangji came in his white robes. It didn't has wide sleeves but tight one like Wei Wuxian's. He also had changed his hairstyle. He wasn't wearing a crown on his bun anymore but he had tied his hairs with a white ribbon behind his back and let them fall down at his back leaving few strands in front, both sides and as always his cloud pattern ribbon was adoring his forehead.

For the first time Wei Wuxian saw Wangji without any jewellery piece on his head. Lan Wangji always wore a small crown on his head while going out .

" Wei Ying, let's go." Lan Wangji said as he saw Wei Wuxian in trance.
