Harry's P.O.V

"Are you sure you want to do this?" I asked Tahira as we stood in front of the school gates.

When the paps had caught me yesterday, the management had called as soon as they were informed and told me that there was no point in disguising myself now. Thankfully, they didn't ask about Tahira and nor did they tell me to come back to London.

So here I was, wearing my usual black skinny jeans and a plain black shirt. My hair was styled into a quiff and I had my rings back on my fingers.

"Yes, but just don't leave me." Tahira said. Ever since yesterday, she had been nervous of what the girls would do or say to her to get a chance of being with me.

Honestly, even I was a bit nervous of what rumours would spread about Tahira since no one knew that I was 'Marcel'. In their eyes, I was just seen at Tahira's place with her.

"I won't. But if I'm in class or anything, don't listen to what anybody says to you, okay?" I said and she nodded.

"Okay." I smiled.

"Let's do it."

"So, it's true. Harry is here!"

"What's he doing in school? With her of all people."

"I heard she got hospitalised the day before."

"He must be hanging out with her in pity."

"He could do so much better."

"Like you!?" I snapped at the girls behind us. They looked taken aback but Amber, the queen bee, came up to me and put her hand on my chest, much to my disgust.

"Babe, I could show you a better time than this prude you're hanging out with." I put my hands on her shoulders. For a second, I knew she thought I was going to kiss her but her eyes widened when I pushed her away.

"I'm sorry, but I prefer to stay away from girls like you." I said in the squeaky voice and her jaw dropped open.

"Marcel!?"

I smirked. "From now on, be kind to nerds. You never know who they may be in reality." I said and turned towards Tahira.

"Shall we?" I asked and she smiled without looking at me and nodded.

"You didn't have to be so rude, you know." She said after a while. I decided to walk her to class from now on as I could see many girls glaring at her in jealousy.

"One thing I learned in the past two years, sometimes you have to be the bad guy and tell the blunt truth rather than softening it to some." I said and she had a thinking look on her face.

"That's... true. Rude, but so true."

"Well, here we are." I said and she entered the classroom and turned towards me.

"Thanks, Harry. For today." I smiled.

"No problem."

Throughout the day, I was having the 'Amber' incidents. There were only a few girls who actually came up to me to just talk rather than trying to make me lust after them. Max had unfortunately returned to school with his friends. When Amber met up with him (she was his girlfriend apparently) he tried to get me to join their 'gang' but I refused straight away. Tahira had said that many girls had asked her exactly how did she manage to be my friend but she had just laughed them off before telling them to be kind to people which left them confused.

"Harry!" I groaned and turned around to see Amber coming up to me with her posse.

"What do you want now, Amber?" I asked as I crossed my arms on my chest.

"I just want to spend some time with you, Harry." She pouted. I think she thought she looked cute when she did that but it made me want to run away from her even more.

"Spend time with me? Don't you have a boyfriend, Amber?" I asked and she had the decency to flush.

"Max has been looking for you, Amber. Haven't you heard?" Tahira came up from behind me and smirked at Amber while she sneered.

"Oh and Amber, stay away from Harry. You wouldn't want what happened to Max last year happeneing with you, now would you?" Amber paled and quickly nodded before scurrying off.

I turned around to see Tahira blush when she noticed my stare, my arms were still crossed on my chest.

"What happened to Max last year?" I asked and she looked away.

"He almost got arrested." She said and started walking away and I jogged up to her. My heart felt heavy when I saw she had tears in her eyes.

"You don't have to tell me about it." I said and she smiled.

"Maybe sometime soon." She said and I nodded.

"Have you checked your twitter?" Tahira asked.

"I checked it before coming here. Not since then." I said. Since yesterday, #DisappointedByHarry has been the top trend. I was a sad about it at first, but now I'm not sure how to feel about it. I mean, they wanted me back to my old self. If I was going away, albeit by lying to the fans about the location, didn't mean that I wasn't 'trying', so to say.

Some fans understood, saying maybe I wanted no one to come to the rehab centres to find me. But the majority was disappointed and I had been asked to do an interview next Saturday by the management to tell the truth. I had discussed it with Simon and the boys and they said I should keep my reasoning to a minimum.

"My friend just texted me, the one back home. She's saying that the fans are demanding to know who I am on your profile."

I chocked on my spit. "What!?" I asked as I pulled my phone out (I had gotten my iPhone back yesterday). I clicked on the twitter icon and clicked on the trends. #DisappointedByHarry was still the first but the second one was surprising, but not so much.
