Harry's P.O.V

"How long have you been sick?" I asked Tahira once we both had had our breakfast. She shrugged

"I don't know... I really lost track of time." She said and I gave her a look to which she shrugged again

"What about college?" I asked and she frowned, resting her back against the headrest and she took my hand in hers

"I honestly don't know anymore, Harry... What's the point? I mean, after she's born, I'll have to stay home to look after her. I can't leave her and go to college." Tahira said and I frowned

"But how can you just give up?" I asked and she smiled slightly

"I'm not giving up anything. I'm just changing my priorities. Just like you did when you came here mid-tour." She said and I sighed, shifting closer to her

"But-" I got cut off when she covered my mouth with her hand

"No buts, Harry. I've got you and I've got our baby. What more could I possibly need right now?" She asked with a smile but I shook my head and removed her hand from my mouth.

"But at least complete this semester." I said and she sighed

"Alright."

The next few days, I made sure Tahira ate her meals properly and not vomit them up. Including her medicines. Before she could suffer from more morning sickness, I made sure she ate some toast which Dr. Bailey said could calm the stomach in the mornings, so she didn't have any more morning sickness.

Her health got better too. She gained some weight she had lost, much to my relief when I didn't feel her ribs under my fingers whenever I hugged her. She got her colour back on her face too.

"Don't leave me." Tahira said and I sighed, running my fingers through her hair

"I don't want to leave you either but I don't have a choice in this matter." I said and she sat up on her elbow, looking down at me

"Stay." She said

"I can't." I whispered and she bent down so that her face was hovering over mine. My eyes widened slightly and she chuckled, nudging her nose against mine

"Not even for me?" She whispered, brushing her lips over mine and my eyes widened even more but then I chuckled

"Is that you, or the hormones talking?" I asked softly, cupping her face in my hand and stroking my thumb across her cheek

"Both." She whispered before crashing her lips on mine.

When I woke up the next morning, I found my head laying on Tahira's chest while her arms were wrapped around my shoulders. One of my arms was resting on my side while my other hand rested on the baby bump.

It had grown slightly from the last time I had felt it. The realisation made me smile and I moved my head up, placing a small kiss on the side of Tahira's neck which made her head turn towards me but she slept on.

"Tahira, I'm telling you, I'll walk out like this." I said and Tahira shook her head in my collarbone

"You wouldn't. I know you." She whispered and I sighed at the truth in her words. I was getting late for my flight and my wife, my pregnant and very hormonal wife at the moment was clinging on to me like a baby. Her legs were wrapped around my waist, crossing at my back, her thighs being supported by my hands, while her arms were wrapped around my neck and her head was resting between her arm and my neck

"Tahira, c'mon, love. I can't miss my flight." I said and she pulled back slightly so that we were face to face but she wasn't looking at me

"Then take me with you." She whispered, looking up at me wearily when I didn't give her a reply

"Tahira..." She shook her head, cutting me off

"No, let me rephrase. You need to take me with you. I miss you so much, Harry. It physically hurts now and I don't know how I'll manage the rest of the months with you gone." She said, getting chocked in her words at the end and a tear fell down her cheek.

I removed one hand which was supporting her thigh and wiped that tear away, cupping her face "Sh... Don't cry. You go pack your bags, okay? I'll wait for you." I said and she looked at me with unshed tears glistening her eyes. It made my heart clench

"Promise? You won't go?" She asked and I nodded

"I won't leave you. Promise." I said and she gave me a smile which I returned. She uncrossed her legs and I helped her place her legs down so that she didn't have to jump. As soon as her feet touched the ground, she ran into our room.

We barely made it in time for the plane. The door was about to be closed when we reached it. I sighed in relief once I sat down on my seat, buckling up and Tahira did the same beside me.

"It was childish of me, wasn't it?" Tahira asked out of the blue as our place took off and I looked at her only to see that she was looking out the window

"Childish, no... Impulsive, maybe." I said and she sighed, rubbing her face with her hands

"I don't even know what came over me." She whispered and I pushed the arm rest that was between us upwards then wrapped my arm around her shoulders, pulling her to me

"Don't worry about it. I'd rather have you with me on tour anyway." I said and saw a smile come on her lips as she wrapped her arms around me, resting her head against my chest and let out a sigh. I rubbed my hand against her arm and she snuggled closer to me.

After staying with her in the early month, I knew she always snuggled into me more whenever she felt tired or exhausted suddenly. So I pulled away which made her protest under her breath, but I stood up and pulled one of the blankets kept in the compartment above our seat and sat down; draping the blanket over both of us, but mainly her because she always felt cold during plane rides. She gave me a tired smile and snuggled back into her previous position.

I wonder what the boys will say about this.
