Larry's POV

Never in my job description did I expect to be leading a wedding. But I guess it comes with the job? Sacagawea and Teddy had made sure that Ahkmenrah and Katalina were separated up until the point of their marriage. I walked into Ahkmenrah's room.

"You know that I'm just going to do like how I remember from my wedding right? Sorry, I'm not doing a traditional ancient Egyptian wedding." Ahkmenrah smiled.

"However you do it will be just fine. It does not matter now. What happened in our history is just that. History," He said I walked over to Katalina and told her the same thing. She also didn't care.

"I just want to marry him. I've been waiting for years." She said.

And finally, it was time for it to begin. I stood at the 'alter' and we had chairs set up for everyone. And everyone was standing there. I had Ahkmenrah standing next to me. And then Nicky played the modern traditional wedding song. Then Teddy, who was walking Katalina down.

I looked over and saw Ahkmenrah starting to tear up. Katalina does look beautiful. And this is the original dress she had. I think that that is actually super cool. After finally getting up to us Teddy stepped off to the side.

"So I'm going, to be honest, I don't remember much of what is supposed to be said, so is it okay if we just skip to the end and then we can party?" I asked making Ahk and Katalina laugh. They both nodded. "Well then, Ahkmenrah, do you take Katalina to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do." He said.

"Okay, and Katalina, do you take Ahkmenrah to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I do."

"Okay well, you may now kiss the bride."

Ahkmenrah's POV

"Okay well you may now kiss the bride," Larry said. I leaned down and kissed Katalina. And she kissed me back. "I now pronounce you husband and wife. Now let's party!" Larry yelled and everyone cheered. Then Nicky started playing music to dance to. Katalina looked up at me as I looked down at her. She then kissed me again.

"We're married." She whispered. "We only waited 3,000 years." She said.

"Σε αγαττώ(I love you)," I said to her in Greek.

"I love you too." She said in Egyptian. We then went with everyone else and started to dance with each other. And then Nicky came over.

"Do you actually know Greek?" Nicky asked Katalina.

"Yes. Why?" She asked and stopped dancing to talk to Nicky.

"Well because they don't offer it as a language at my school and I wanted to learn it." She smiled happily.

"You want to learn?" He nodded his head.

"I really like learning about Greece and Greek Mythology." He said. "So tomorrow we can talk about Greece?" He asked.

"Yes of course I would love to teach you!" She said excitedly.

"Cool." He said and went by his dad.

"You're really excited to teach him about your lifestyle," I said and wrapped my arm around Katalina hugging her.

"That is because he is excited to learn." She said smiling. I kissed her hair and then we went back to dancing.

Larry's POV

I was walking around and came to finding Katalina and Ahkmenrah. I went over to them and they were both speaking in another language.

"Hey, guys. What language is that?" I asked. They both looked over at me. Smiling and laughing.

"Egyptian. She knows more Egyptian than I know Greek." Ahkmenrah said still laughing.

"I don't even want know what you guys said do I?" I asked and they both shook their heads no.

"Well you probably do but it doesn't translate very well," Katalina said. That's just a fancy way of saying that they're not going to tell me what they just said.

"Okay, guys I'll just leave you to it," I said and walked away. I found Teddy and stood next to him.

"Young love. Aren't they adorable?" He asked me looking over at Katalina and Ahkmenrah.

"Yeah they are pretty cute. Now if we could keep them from speaking in foreign languages that would be great."

"What do they speak?"

"Well I've caught them in French, Greek, and now Egyptian."

"Well if they're saying it in a language no one else knows, then they're not offending anyone."

"True."

"And if you really want to know then just ask them."

"I don't actually want to know."

"I think you've gotten your answer then," Teddy said. I nodded and watched as Ahkmenrah would lean down and whisper into her ear and then she'd laugh. I watched them for so long that I didn't even realize Teddy had left me.

Ahkmenrah's POV

Katalina and I danced the whole night. I cannot believe we're finally married. After 3,000 years she is officially mine. Sure it's not in the history books but everyone here knows it. That's all that is needed.

Soon Larry was telling all of us that it was almost dawn and we needed to get back. I remember the first night Katalina came to the museum and how scared she was to go back. Larry and I had to promise her that he would be there the next morning. Now she's used to it. We walked to her room slower than usual.

When we got into her room I kissed her hand and helped her into the sarcophagus. Just like every other night.

"Tomorrow I will teach Nicky about Greece and Greek." She said. "But I will need your help because I don't know how to write. You know how to write, right?"

"Yes, I know how to write. I thought you knew how to."

"Only some in Greek. Not in English or Egyptian." She said. "And the numbers I know how to write." She said smiling. I leaned down and kissed her forehead and then her lips.

"Of course I will help you tomorrow."

"I love you Ahkmenrah. Fourth king of the fourth king." She said smirking lightly at me.

"I love you too. Katalina, Greek Runaway. I'll see you tomorrow night. Good morning."

"Good morning." She said and I left her room.
