Give me love ( a yuzuru hanyu fanfic) UNDER MAJOR EDITING

We have gather here today to get through this thing called the flu

Location: Toronto, Canada

Yuzuru's POV

"Moooooooooom!" I call out as best as I can with a sore throat

To tell you the truth, I'm not having the best time of my life right now. Ever since Charlie-chan had been kidnapped everything has been going down hill. My asthma had been acting up ever since Romano tossed a smoke bomb into the house, I recently came down with the Canadian Winter sickness that had been going around, and since I've become bed ridden I had to pull out of Japan Nationals

Mom comes into the room after hearing my commotion and in her hands she's carrying a tray with my favourite Tofu hot pot

"Yuzu-kun, you need to eat something honey. You're already under weight" she says placing the tray on my night table and helping sit up in bed

"I'm not hungry Mom" I whine grabbing another tissue from Pooh-san and blowing my bright red nose

"But I made your favourite. You love my tofu hot pot" she says shooting me a concerned look

"Charlie-chan loved your hot pot too" I tell her, grabbing Pooh and stuffing my face into him

I can already feel the familiar hot tears making there way to my eyes

"Yuzu-kun, please eat. I know the past few days have been hard for you. Trust me I know how much you love Charlotte but you need something to eat. She's fine I promise you. Charlie-chan is a strong girl and she'll find her way back to you" she says lifting up the tray and placing it onto my lap carefully

"She loves you as much as you love her Yuzu-kun. I promise" she says placing a kiss to my forehead before leaving the room and shutting the door behind her

I raise a weak arm and grab the chopsticks before digging into my mom's hot pot. The heat from the food warms my body as the delicious flavor dances across my taste buds. This brings back a memory of mine, one of my favorites with Charlotte...

~Flashback~

"Yuzu-kun I really want you go out on picnic" Charlie-chan tells me as she holds my hand while the two of us were watching an episode of Spongebob

"Charlie-chan its winter outside. Who has a picnic in the middle of winter?" I laugh at my girlfriend's silly remark

"I know but I'm really down for a picnic. I always though those kind of dates were really romantic" she says playing with my long fingers

Hmmm...how could I compensate for a real picnic...?

"Yuzu-Kun you really a child at heart" Charlie- chan laughs

"What this is the second best thing if not the best thing to a picnic" I laugh with her

Instead of freeze our butts off in the Canadian winter, we decided to make a fort out of blankets and chairs in the living room of my house

It was a childish move but Charlie- chan seemed to love it

"Now let's pick a movie to watch" she says with one arm wrapped around my waist and the other holding the remote to flip through the many movies on Netflix

"I can't believe out of all movies you choose the Bee Movie, Yuzu" she laughs smacking me lightly on the head with Pooh-san

"Hey I thought it would be a good movie. The bee looked very intimidating" I tell her in defense

"She literally leaves her boyfriend for a bee Yuzu!" She laughs again making me laugh with her

It was times like these which made me feel alive. Charlotte was my rock and held in place, making me laugh just at the sound of hers

"Would you leave me for a bee?" I ask her trying to sound serious

"Of course not. I'm dating that 6 year old from Disney land remember? He's bae" she says trying to sound serious

And then she gives me a look which makes the two of us burst out laughing, her burying her head in my chest letting her soft dark brown hair tousle along my body

"Fine then. I have Pooh-san" I tell her picking up the bear and hugging him to my chest

"Oh please, Pooh-san loves me more" she says flipping her hair dramatically

Suddenly one of the blankets opens up and Mom gently slides a tray of her homemade hot pot towards us

"Enjoy your movie you two" she says smiling before letting the blanket fall back over the chair it was placed upon

"Thank you Mrs. Hanyu!" Charlie calls out before picking some tofu up with her chopsticks and shoveling some in my mouth

"I love you Charlie-chan" I tell her with a mouth full of tofu, fully serious this time

"I love you too Yuzu-Kun" she smiles looking up at me with her big round eyes

"I'm going to love you for the rest of my life Charlie-chan and that's a promise" I tell her before pressing my lips to hers

As I finish up my meal, I move the tray the floor so that my mom can pick it up for me. I reach over to my night table and grab my iPod and earbuds. Once I pull the earbuds in I lie back down and scroll through my songs before hitting play on "Dreamer" by One Ok Rock

The sound of the music fills my ears as I think more and more about the love I found with Charlotte. Yes she can be crazy sometimes and serious at others but she completes me and that's all I can ask for. I miss her. I need her. Where are you Charlotte?
