I have very smart friends. Aware na nga sa social issues tapos ang tindi pa sa acads. Eh di wow. (I'm sorry for having to use that phrase.)

Paano naman ako? Social issues... the internet can somewhat fill me up on some of that but these kids learned about resonance & isomers, humanities, and French while we were stuck in the freakin' stone age, doggone it!

Makes me wonder how different life would be if I were raised in a regimented way by genius parents. What if I had algebra for breakfast, quantum physics for lunch, and microeconomics for dinner instead of eating freaking Gerber while watching friggin' Wiggles?!? I guess I'd be smarter, or maybe a sociopath.

With that said, I think the inferiority complex needs to get the fuck out. Otherwise, wala ring mangyayari, because there will always be someone better (not that it means that everyone who's a bit less adept is inferior in every aspect). It's one of those inevitable things one will come across in life. Goodbye, plans for world domination. Hello, backseat.

There is someone smarter, but that doesn't mean na alam na niya lahat ng alam mo tapos may alam pa siyang hindi mo alam. Kahit na mahihigitan mo lang siya sa pag-memorize ng lyrics ng Gangnam Style... tangina, be proud.

However, there will always be room for self-improvement. Just because someone is smarter than you, doesn't mean they'll always be. Who knows? Anyway, just keep on learning.
