You had woken up one morning when you felt a terrible cramping sensation in your lower abdomen. You instantly knew that you were having labor pains, thankfully Smokescreen's holoform was sleeping in your bed with you.
"Smokescreen! Wake up!" You said as you started to panic.
"What? Are the Decepticons attacking?" Smokescreen asked as he shot up.
"No, I think I just went into labor!" You said seriously.
"Okay, hold on!" Smokescreen said as he grabbed your hospital bag and ran to his alt mode.
While you were waiting for him to return you decided to wake Ashton and Jason up. Once you had woken up both of your sons Smokescreen helped you into his alt mode and before you knew it you all were headed to the nearest hospital.
"Mom, are you feeling okay?" Ashton asked you as he sat in one of the back seats.
"I-I'm fine!" You said as you tried not to scream from the pain.
"Hold on Y/n, we're almost there!" Smokescreen said as he sped through town.
"You better hurry!" You said as you felt a very contraction.
