After Katie, Smooth talk Ken, Sydney, Jaden, Mrs. Mica, and Jessica were done with their morning walk, jog, and run routine, they all rested in their neighborhood sidewalk street. Catching their breath.
"You... Got... To... Be... Kidding... Me..." said Sydney
"I... think, that's the fastest that I ever ran." said Smooth talk Ken
"I... think, that's the fastest that we ever ran." said Katie
"Hon...estly." said Sydney
"Whew, I like a good run." said Jaden
"You do." said Katie
"But, we don't." said Sydney
"We'll have to get used to it." said Smooth talk Ken
"Yeah." said Katie
Things got quiet, after everyone saw that Jessica stood up from the sidewalk.
"Alright, listen up! Since you all got your water break, we will be heading to the-" said Jessica, as her conversation was cut off.
"AWWWW!" said Smooth talk Ken, as he started to whine
"Ken." said Katie
"Ken! Stop whining! You haven't even heard what she was going to say. Now shh." said Mrs. Mica
"Oops, sorry." said Smooth talk Ken
Mrs. Mica then looks at Katie, Sydney, and Jaden, and later at Jessica. Mrs. Mica then nods at Jessica, as though saying go on.
"Right. We aren't going to run over there. However we are going to walk over there." said Jessica
"Over where?" said Sydney
"To the jungle gym." said Jessica
"What!" said Katie and Sydney
"We aren't kids!" said Smooth talk Ken
"Yeah." said Sydney
Both Mrs. Mica and Jessica looked at eachother and back at them.
"No, but you are acting like one." said Mrs. Mica
Smooth talk Ken then stood quiet.
"Honestly, no we aren't going to the jungle gym." said Jessica
"Whew. That's a relief." said Smooth talk Ken
"But, we are going to do a challenge." said Jessica
"Ouu, what kind of challenge?" said Smooth talk Ken
"A weight challenge." said Jessica
"Ouu, what kind of weight challenge?" said Smooth talk Ken
"You two guys, will have to carry Katie and Sydney on your backs, all the way to the beach and back here." said Jessica
"What?!" said Smooth talk Ken, Katie, and Sydney.
"Hey, don't blame me for this. I didn't made this up." said Jessica
Katie then looks at her grandmother, who quickly winks back at her. Katie then turns red, and puts her left hand on her face.
"I call Katie!" said Smooth talk Ken, as he quickly raises his hand up.
"Not too fast Ken. I'm the coach here, and I'll choose who is going to be partnered up with who." said Mrs. Mica
"Oh man." said Smooth talk Ken
"Now then, Katie and Jaden will be partnered up together, while Ken and Sydney are going to be partnered up together." said Mrs. Mica
"But, grandmother." said Katie
