A two days later...
Jaden and Jessica were both in the backyard, underneath a patio sun shade. Jaden had his solar observer radio on low, and on the table.
"It looks like there's going to be a storm, today or tomorrow." said Jaden
"It really does seem like it." said Jessica, as she looks at the clouds forming.
Jaden then looks at Jessica and then at the wind chimes
"I just hope this won't cancel tomorrow's surfing competition." said Jaden
"What does the weather channel say?" said Jessica
Jaden then puts up the volume from his radio. When doing so, the radio station that Jaden is listening to is on a commercial free part.
(Music)
"Nothing it's just music." said Jaden
"If not now, then maybe later." said Jessica
"Yeah." said Jaden
(The music then stops)
"Breaking News! According to the weather news report, we will be having a rain storm. However, we are not sure if the rain storm will also cause a thunderstorm as well, that will cancel tomorrow's surfing competition." said a news reporter, in the radio station.
"Hey guys, as you can see we had a news weather report, right now. But, we will be back to the music, just that right now I have Chad and Josie here, to discuss tomorrow's surfing competition, and what news they have for us tomorrow. Chad, Josie, it is a pleasure of having you two in the radio house, today." said the radio's host.
"Hi, and yes we are very lucky to be here." said Chad
"Hey, and hi everyone." said Josie
The Radio's host, then starts to chuckle and laugh.
"Josie... Josie is waving at the camera." said the radio's host.
Chad then looks at Josie and chuckles.
"Yeah, classic Josie. Heh, heh." said Chad, as he also waves at the camera.
Josie then chuckles.
"I could tell that Josie doesn't get that much camera hogging." said the radio's host, as he teases and chuckles, and looks at Josie.
Chad then starts to laugh.
"I'm just kidding Josie." said the radio's host.
"Ha ha. No, I don't. I'm just kidding." said Josie, as she starts to laugh as well.
"Oh ha." said Chad, as he stopped laughing.
"I am going to just stop this before we make this radio station into a comedy session. Ha, ha, ha, So... Chad and Josie, how's the weather for you guys?" said the radio's host.
"It's pretty cold, and chilly." said Joise
"And windy." said Chad
"Yeah, and also very windy too." said Josie
"Yeah, it might cancel tomorrow's surfing competition, if we do see lightning and do hear thunder." said Chad
"But either way, even if its raining, we will be still continue the surfing competition, even with just the rain." said Josie
"Yeah, it doesn't depend on us, but it does depend on the refs and on the judges." said Chad
"Yeah." said Josie
"Well in that case, surfers, who will be competing tomorrow, I wish you the best of luck, in tomorrow's weather and in the surfing competition. Love you, guys. And right now, we are going on break. And we are live streaming this, into my channel." said the radio host, as he started waving at the camera, that is in front of them.
While Chad and Josie are both chuckling.
(Music starts...)
Just then Jessica gets a call on her phone.
"Jaden, it's your father." said Jessica
Jaden then sighs.
"He probably heard the news and the weather." said Jaden
"Probably." said Jessica, as she pressed the green button.
"Sergeant Josh." said Jessica
"C.O. Where's Jaden?" said Sergeant Josh
Jessica then turns the phone to Jaden.
"Put me on the TV scene. You and I need to talk." said sargent Josh
Jessica then slides the call to the TV screen in the living room, as the TV turns on and shows Sargent Josh's face.
Jaden then walks into the living room.
"Scout, you and I need to talk." said Sergeant Josh.
Jaden then sighs.
"Now, Scout, I know that it might rain tomorrow and all, but I still want you to surf. Rain or shine, you will still surf! You will show them what you are made of. And that's an order. And if your coach puts you in as a sub, and if he says that you aren't going in until someone's board gets chipped, then no matter what he or she tells you, you are still going to surf!" said Sargent Josh
"But sir." said Jaden
"DID I GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO ANSWER!!!" yelled Sargent Josh
"No, sir." said Jaden
"THEN!!!" said Sargnet Josh
Jaden then sighs.
"Permission to speak. Sir?" said Jaden
"PERMISSION DENIED!!! YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO SCOUT, SO DON'T RUIN THIS FOR YOUR TEAM!!! I TRAINED YOU TO BE A GOOD CAPTAIN!!! SO DON'T RUIN THIS!" yelled Sargent Josh
Jaden then stood quiet. As Jessica walks into the living room.
"Jaden, go outside and leave me and your father alone, so that we can talk." said Jessica, as she looks at Jaden.
Jaden then leaves to the backyard. As Jessica turns to Sargent Josh.
"What!" said Sargent Josh, as he looks at Jessica.
"Don't you think that you are taking this too far on Jaden." said Jessica
Meanwhile, in the backyard...
Jaden then goes and sits in a table seat.
