While Jaden was being checked by the medical people, Mrs. Mica, Jessica, Katie, Smooth talk Ken, Sydney, and Coach Teddy Gok, were standing outside of Jessica's house.
"How long is it going to take?" said Smooth talk Ken
"Not sure." said Katie
"Bummer." said Smooth talk Ken
Just then the medical people got out of the house.
"Well?" said Mrs. Mica
"He'll be alright." said one of the medical people
"What does he have?" said Smooth talk Ken
"Just a minor injury." said one of the medical people
"Will he be able to surf?" said Smooth talk Ken
"He might. Well, we be heading on our way." said one of the medical people
"I'll escort you out." said Mrs. Mica
Jessica along with Katie, Sydney, Smooth talk Ken, and Teddy Gok entered the house, and found Jaden sitting on the sofa, with tissue paper in his nose.
"They said that you are going to be alright." said Jessica
"I know, I heard." said Jaden
Just then Jessica gets a video phone call from Sargent Josh.
"Jaden, it's your dad again." said Jessica
"Well, guys and girls I think it's time to let Jaden talk with his father, and to leave him to rest." said Teddy Gok
"Yeah I think so too." said Katie
"Here, I'll follow you guys out of the door." said Jessica
"He is going to be really upset now." said Jaden
"I hope not." said Jessica
"Upset? Why?" said Sydney
Both Jaden and Jessica looked at each other, and Jaden pointed to his nose.
"Oh, right." said Sydney
"Come on." said Teddy Gok
"See you later brahh." said Smooth talk Ken
"We better hurry, before the yelling starts." said Jessica
Katie, Smooth talk Ken, Sydney, Teddy Gok, and Jessica head outside of the front door. Jessica then closes the front door behind her.
"Why would Jaden's father be upset?" said Sydney
"More like why was Jaden upset?" said Smooth talk Ken
"Huh? Hold Jaden was upset today." said Katie
"Jaden, was upset today because his father had video called us, telling us that he was going to have to stay a little longer instead of coming back in a few days." said Jessica
"Oh. That's sad." said Smooth talk Ken
"So that's why Jaden was upset today?" said Katie
"Yeah." said Jessica
"Oh." said Katie
"What did you thought that he was upset about?" said Smooth talk Ken
"Nothing." said Katie
"Right." said Jessica, as she winks at Katie.
Katie then looks at Sydney as though saying "she knows". Sydney then starts to giggle, while Katie starts to blush.
