Amelie's POV
*Applause*
I wonder what her name is. She never mentioned it, siguro inexpect niya na na alam na ng lahat, which is logical.
Nagsimula na kaming kumain. I had no appetite, di ko akalaing daldal lang naman pala nagpapalakas sakin kumain, ngayon kasi na di ko ka close tong mga kasama ko wala akong motivation gawin ang kung ano.
I stood up, grabbed my drink and head towards the garden outside pero may humarang sa'kin.
"Amelie. Long time no see" biglang sabi ng babaeng may platinum blonde hair na umaabot sa pwet, kasali siya sa groupo nila Arc. I think her name is Ymir. She has this sharp features, dark thick eyebrows and pale white skin. She's wearing a loose neck dress satin dress. She's impossibly gorgeous.
"Oh come on, don't just stare at me like you don't know me!" di ako nakasagot, I remained staring "Oh my gosh, so totoo pala, you really did drank the desire potion HAHAHAHHAHAHA" may ibang napalingon sa'min dahil sa lakas ng tawa niya
"Well that's a pity, hope you didn't forgot how to fight cause I'm not holding back you know" she said as she winked
Maglalakad na sana ako pero pinigilan niya ako.
"Oh come on Amelie! Let's catch up!" sabi niya sabay hila sa'kin paupo, muntik tuloy ma spill yung inumin ko "Pfft, is that non alcoholic? Gosh that's new" sabi niya sabay inom sa champagne na dala niya
"What do you want?"
"First. Let me introduce myself, para naman di ka ma awkward. I'm Ymir, let's say we've been frienimies. But enough about me, how bout you? I've heard a lot of intriguing things that has happened to you in the past months. Heck, you even turn down your engagement to prince Titus! What happened? Oh! Did you met a new guy?" she's talkative but she's obviously not a person to befriend
"No. Just had some realization"
"Really? Akala ko pa naman you'd slap that low blood in realization HAHAHAHHAHAHA. Hay, no offense but you became boring. You should drink more, I have a pill, want some?"
"No. I'd rather sleep"
"Booorrriinngg. But you've got some deep problems in your mind huh? Must be hard living with a psychotic mom, hmm, I guess dun ka nag mana" she mockingly said. I knew she wasn't a friend "But hey, who am I to say"
"I guess that is the case Ymir" sabi ko at tumayo na, I don't have the time and energy to argue with her
Third Person's POV
As Amelie stood up, Ymir put a drug on her drink that could make you instantly be drunk. Ymir viewed Amelie as a rival on sports but in the past month, she started considering her as her rival on love affairs too as she has deep feelings to Arc.
"Go destroy yourself again Amelie" she quietly said. She looked for Arc and smiled widely when she saw him. "Hey Arc!" she said to the approaching Arc pero di siya hinintuan neto.
Na bad trip nanaman si Amelie kasi naalala niya ang mama niya.
"Vanessa Shaw was sent on a mental facility? Really? By who?"
"By her husband. They also divorced"
"That must be tough for her"
"Mabuti nga at nakaya niya pang pumunta dito"
"Guess their family wasn't that perfect after-all"
"Psst, baka marinig ka"
Napabuntong hininga nalang si Amelie sabay inom sa inumin niya.
Amelie's POV
*TINGGGG*
Biglang sumakit ang ulo ko, and everything started to twirl. Shokems anong klaseng rollercoaster ba ang sinakyan ko?
After ilang segundo naging steady na ulit ako. Anong nangyari sakin? Nagka earthquake ba? Ayyy kainis naman! Bakit di sinabi ng reporter na maglilindol pala! Edi sana pumunta nalang ako sa swimming pool para libre wave--heh corny ko, nakaka iyak tuloy.
Napatingin ako sa stage. May orchestra na tumutogtog. BORIINGGG! Ano ba tong mga tao dito di alam kung ano dapat pinapakanta sa party!
Di naman ako pumupunta sa mga party PEROO! Marami na akong nabasa tungkol diyan hihi. Dapat yung mga "to mats lab wil kil u"
Rumampa ako papuna sa stage, napatingin yung iba, ngayon pa siguro sila nakakita ng ganto ka gandang kontrabida! Pwes! Humanda kayo kasi paparinig ko sa inyo ang batas ng isang api—ano mga ulit yung sasabihin ko? Ay basta!
Kinuha ko yung guitar ng isang mama.
"Pahiraaamm hehe, luh kamukha mo si Freddy Aguilar! Kaano ano mo si Anne Curtis?"
"Ha?" sabi ni manong na hinirman ko
"Ha?" ako "Haaaakkdoggg HAHAHAHHAHAHA" maingat kong nilagay ang inumin ko sa tabi ng mic stand na nasa gitna ng stage, uy ang sarap nung inumin, lasang paracetamol.
"WASAP MADLANG PEOPLE!" sabi ko kasi tumitingin na kasi yung mga tao pero inaayos ko pa yung guitar at mic. "Mic test, mic test, ayun! Good!—uhh, ano na ba? Basta good day nalang! I am Amelie, a bully slash maldita slash kidnapper slash manipulator slashh etc ekek. Basta yun, and I dedicate this song to your beloved Lillian. Yung babaeng naka red na blondie na maganda, ganda niya no? Mukhang inosente, sanaol HAHAHAHHAHAHA ako kasi mukhang mananampal ng mga inosente *wink*, anyways this is for you"

I looked at the crowd and smiled
"But I'm a creep, I'm a weirdo. What am I doing here? I don't belong here. I don't care if it hurts, I wanna have control. I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul" nakaramdam ako ng galit, inis at selos kay Lillian so while singing the next verses I looked at her, kasi feel ko mag emote
"I want you to notice, when I'm not around. You're so very special. *smile* I wish I was special" I bit my lips to stop myself from tearing up kasi sabi ni mama nakakahiya daw umiyak pag maraming tao
"But I'm a creep. I'm a weirdo, what am I doing here, I don't belong here. No..no oh
oh oh—" I closed my eyes "She's running out again! She's running out! She run! RUN! RUN! RUN!!"
Napatigil ako sa pag strum. Napatingin ako sa baba at nakita ang mga tulo ng luha ko, even my eyes betrays me.
"I'm a creep, I'm a weirdo, what am I doing here? I don't belong here"
*Strum*
"Whatever makes you happy. Whatever you want. You're so very special, I wish I was special"
Nagkaroon ng panandaliang katahimikan. Nakita ko ang madaling pag lakad ni Titus papunta sa'kin, siguro magpapa autograph, graba ka talaga Amelie, ang galing mong kumanta! Nakakapanindig balahibo.
Binaba ko na ang guitar at kinuha ang inumin ko.
"Happy beating week everybody!" I said at uminom ulit.
