The Arrangement

The beginning of a courtship

Fourth was woken up by a phone ringing. He groaned and picked up the phone with his eyes closed. "Hello." Fourth said with his voice hoarse as he had just woken up.

"Fourth can I come over?" The other person on the line said. It sounded like he was drunk and there was loud music in the background.

Fourth looked at his phone screen and noticed it was Gemini who had called him and it was around 1h00am in the morning. "Gemini are you fucking crazy do you know what time it is?"

"Fourth please can I come over?" Gemini plead. "Are you drunk right now? Geez Gemini just fucking leave me alone." Fourth said and as he was about to hang up the phone he heard sniffling, it was as if Gemini was crying.

"Gem are you okay?" Fourth said sitting up worry filled his thoughts. "Can I please come over? Please Fourth I need to see you." Gemini said sniffling. "What's wrong Gem?" Fourth asked worried. He didn't know why he had to be worried about him, but he was. Gemini was not the type of person to cry, heck Fourth even believed Gemini didn't have any emotions except rage and jealousy.

"I just need to see you." Gemini replied softly, he was barely audible with the music in the background drowning his voice. "Okay fine I am at home, and Gemini don't drive when you are like this take a cab." Fourth said but he was answered by the ringing tone of the phone being hung up.

"Fuck Gemini!" Fourth said exasperated. He knew Gemini was going to drive anyways. Gemini always does the opposite of what he is told. He is going to drive to home drunk in his Benz under the influence. The mere thought of it scared Fourth to death.

"Fuck I am going back to sleep. Why should I care about that narcissist." Fourth mumbled to himself covering himself with his blanket. Yet no matter how much he tried to sleep he couldn't. His thoughts were clouded with images of speeding his car drunk. "What he gets into an accident?" Fourth mumbled.

"Fuck it!" Fourth said as he got out of bed. He decided to go downstairs to the kitchen to get himself a warm glass of milk and honey, that should help him sleep. His papa'Porsche always made it for him when he struggled sleeping when he was younger.

He got down stairs to the kitchen and warmed up some milk and honey. He couldn't stop worrying. He thought of calling uncle Pete but that wouldn't do anyone any good. He thought about calling Mark but he didn't have his numbers, and he didn't want to call Ford so late plus he didn't know if he was with Mark.

Fourth was so engulfed in his thoughts he didn't notice that the milk in the microwave had spilled making a mess. "Fuck!" He said when he saw the mess in the microwave. He grabbed paper towels to clean the mess when he heard the sound of a car in the driveway.

He hurried to the door and was met with a very drunk Gemini. "Jesus Gem! Why did you drive here? You could've have been hurt or worse died." He said as he helped a stumbling Gemini into the house.

"My snow bunny!" Gemini said as he draped his arms around Fourth. "You reek of alcohol. Were you drinking it or bathing in it." Fourth said escorting Gemini upstairs to his bedroom. Gemini kept mumbling about how much he missed Fourth and Fourth kept sushing him in fear that he will wake his brothers up as they made their way to his bedroom.

When they reached his bedroom he threw Gemini on to the bed. "Fuck Gem what is this? Why are you here?" He asked but he was met with silence as Gemini had already passed out. He ruffled his hair in frustration. "Okay I guess I will have to change his clothing because my Egyptian silk sheets are not going to reek of alcohol."

Fourth picked up Gemini and carried him to the bathroom and helped him shower, complaining and cursing Prapai for bringing Gemini back into his life. He clothed him into his sweatpants and t-shirt, then placed him into bed. He put a bolster between them. "You keep your hands to yourself." He said pointing at Gemini who was fast asleep.
