Back To Life

I once was lost in a dismal place
Where naught but sorrow filled my days
My spirit was heavy, my heart filled with fear
And I felt no joy or hope to appear

But then a light shone in on me
A spark of hope that set me free
Though I had been without for so long
I felt my life had shifted along

I felt my body start to move
My mind and heart began to soothe
I could feel a change deep inside
My life was no longer just a ride

My world seemed to start anew
And I had the strength to fight through
My life was filled with possibilities
And I was ready to take on my new journey

My life had been brought back to life
My spirit was lifted, my heart no longer strife
I felt I had new purpose and meaning
And I was no longer stuck in my dark dreaming

So if you're feeling lost and down
Just remember that light can be found
It'll bring you back to life
And you'll feel joy and hope to thrive
