Felix made himself scarce that day.

Minho wasn't too taken aback by it.

They both liked last night and they both had no idea what to do with that.

The god of the underworld was busy the whole day - some trouble in Asphodel again - so he didn't have much time to think about anything.

Except that Felix needed to be in his garden tonight.

Which is why Minho came there, late evening, sun already setting, to look for the blonde.

He was taking care of some newer additions to his garden.

At least he wasn't making flower crowns after last night; Minho counted that as a win.

'Hey'

'Hi'

Felix didn't look up.

Minho stood awkwardly next to him, watching what he was doing.

'How was your day?' he eventually asked.

The blonde god sighed and stopped, then looked up to Minho.

'I've honestly had better ones'

The other god nodded.

'I brought you a piece of strawberry cake'

'My own cake?'

Felix grinned. 'Thank you'

He took the plate and waited until Minho sat down on the grass next to him before he started eating hastily.

'How about your day?'

The older shrugged. 'Could've been better too'

Their gazes met.

Both wondered how much better their day could have been when they wouldn't have left their bed, spend the day with each other.

Minho was the first to look away.

'Sooo...' he swallowed, gazing into the garden instead of looking at Felix. 'You're going back to the mortal world?'

The younger choked on a bite of strawberry cake.

'What?' he coughed. 'How do you know?'

Minho just scoffed.

'I overheard you and Jisung talking this morning'

'You were awake?'

A tiny smile danced on the corners of his lips. 'I woke up when Jisung screamed oh my god!'

The blonde had to chuckle. He remembered. The skeleton was loud.

Minho waited a few moments, then turned to him all sobered up.

'Felix. Talk to me'

'I... Yeah. I'm going back'

'How?' he shook his head. 'I don't understand how that's possible'

Felix looked down at his by now empty plate.

'Jeongin. He said he'd ask the Moirai.. and apparently it worked'

'The Moirai?'

Minho's voice sounded as if he couldn't believe what Felix just had said.

'What?'

'Oh, Felix. He hates them - he's downright terrified of them'

'Really?'

Something in his voice turned bitter.
'You must mean a lot to him that he would meet them for you'
