Dean-

Since it was almost two in the morning, traffic wasn't a problem. You were leaning against Dean and your fingers were laced together as Sam sped to the hospital. You were surprised that you didn't get pulled over by a cop...

The nurses escorted you away to get changed and settled into a bed. It was very uncomfortable, but you suffered worse.

Dean kept on switching from sitting at your side to pacing outside with Sam in the waiting room. But he was trying to do his best to keep you calm.

When you reached 10cm and contractions were coming fast and strong, the nurses gave you the heads up for you to push. You grasped Dean's hand.

"You've been very strong, Baby. You're almost done." Dean kept on whispering sweet nothings and encouragement in your ear as you gathered your energy and pushed, groaning in effort through clenched teeth.

When the loud wail of a child pierced the air, you relaxed and looked up at Dean. He gave you a kiss on the forehead, not caring how sweaty you were, his eyes were full of pride. He walked over to the nurses and cut the umbilical cord.

"Its a boy!" the doctor told you. They wrapped your little bundle of joy, still crying, and set him on your chest and he silenced immediately.

"I guess we have a Mamma's boy," Dean chuckled.

Sam-

You were walking around in the halls of the hospital. The nurses insisted you walk around while you weren't quite ready yet. To be honest, Sam was starting to stress you out. He was being quite overprotective, but he meant well and you loved him for that.

Dean left a while ago to get coffees for everyone, except you, you weren't feeling well enough to actually have something in your stomach while delivering a baby. Charlie was doing her best to keep your spirits high.

Each footstep you made brought you pain, the damn contractions were making sure of that. You felt the urge to push.

"I think we need to go back."

Charlie gave you a smile as Sam guided you to your room, the nurses informed you that it was, in fact, time to push. Holding on to Sam's hand, you pushed, yelling in pain and effort. Then it was over and a small cry silenced all noise in the room.

"Mr. and Mrs. Winchester, you have a lovely baby girl." The nurses awed and let your beaming husband with tears in his eyes cut the cord, immediately handing the baby to you.

Sam kissed your cheek and cautiously held his hand out to your little girl, who reached up and grasped one of his fingers, already opening her lovely eyes.

Castiel-

You felt calm compared to the angel sitting next to you. He kept on shifting nervously, azure eyes shifting from you to your heart monitor. His thumb traced up and down your hand.

"Cas, Baby, calm down." His eyes flickered to you and he stilled. For about a second, that is until you had another contraction that made you flinch and squeeze his hand.

"I just wish that there was a way I could take your pain away. I hate to see you so uncomfortable."

"It's okay," you assured him. "This is natural."

"I just feel like it's my fault-"

"-It's not all your fault, Castiel. It takes two to make a baby." He silenced. "Just think that soon, we will have two beautiful children in our care." That was when you saw his eyes sparkle and he gave you a smile.
