*Monday December 2nd*

Toby's POV

Spencer and I are preparing for our move back to Rosewood. I could tell Spencer wanted to go back to Rosewood but she also did learn to like Chicago and we will both miss living here. Our youngest Rosie is 5 years old today. My dad was in town for Thanksgiving but he goes back home today so we did a birthday dinner for Rosie yesterday.

"Guess how old I am today?" Rosie asked her parents.

"I don't know so why don't you show daddy and I." Spencer said even though she really did know Rosie's age

"I'm 5 years old." Rosie said holding up her right hand and showing all 5 fingers.

"Well looks like this one got her mommy's smarts." I said

"Like you couldn't also do the same thing when you were 5 years old Toby." Spencer said

"I was never really excited about birthdays but yes I could do what Rosie just did at her age." I said

"So what did you do for birthdays growing up since you never really talk about it?" Spencer asked

"Nothing special just a birthday card with a gift card and then dinner at a restaurant." I said

"That is special because you still celebrated your birthdays." Spencer said

"Yes but I'm sure your family birthdays were different then mine." I said

"Not that much different except my dad would have chosen to have dinner either at the country club or a more fancy and expensive restaurant." Spencer said

"Oh sorry that your parents had higher standards then mine." I yelled

"Toby I didn't mean anything by that. I couldn't exactly ask my dad to have a birthday dinner at Mcdonalds or Wendy's because even if I wanted to eat there that still didn't make it meal options with my parents." Spencer yelled

"Ok well you had never eaten at applebees until I took you on a date there." I yelled

"Why are we fighting about this Toby." Spencer yelled

"You were the one to ask me about birthdays but I'm sorry Spence." I said

"I'm sorry that I brought up the question Toby." Spencer said

After that little argument with Spencer I took my dad to the airport.

"Things seem a little tense between you and Spencer or was it just me being in Chicago to visit?" My dad asked

"It's just been stressful preparing for the move back to Rosewood." I said

"I understand that it used to be stressful whenever your mom and I would move. Even before you were born it used to cause little fights between us." My dad said

"At least the kids get to go back to a school they have already been at and not another new school." I said

"Are you still coming back to work for me after you move?" My dad asked

"That is the plan but dad if at any point I get my Rosewood PD job back or another job close enough to Rosewood that we wouldn't have to move again I'm going to take it." I said
