No one's POV
After being consumed by the light from destroying Maruki's Palace as well as returning to the original reality before Maruki changed it, Nhazul and Akira both looked around and saw they were standing around Shibuya.
Akira: Are we back?
Nhazul: Looks like...
The two of them looked around and saw that people were walking around and talking about it being Christmas Eve.
Akira: Christmas Eve?
Nhazul: Maruki did say we'd return to our original reality before he had changed it. I guess it returned us to the point before it was changed...
Akira: If that's the case, then Akechi's...
Nhazul then looked down saddened.
Nhazul: Yeah...
Nhazul then looked down and saw what looked like a piece of paper and he saw it was a newsletter about the murder of Rumi's parents.
Nhazul: This most be Maruki's Treasure...Even though he said he moved on, I guess that was a lie...
Akira: What do you think happened to Maruki?
Nhazul: My guess, he's at the spot where he awakened to his Persona.
Akira: I guess so. We should call and check on the others to make sure they're okay.
Nhazul: Yeah.
Nhazul and Akira had texted everyone through the group chat to make sure they all made it back safely, to which they did, and afterwards, Futaba had made a separate group chat for all the girls and she texted them all, "Now's the best opportunity for them to do it" to which they all agreed to and with Nhazul and Akira, they heard someone walking up to them and it was Sae and she was surprised to see Nhazul alive.
Sae: Nhazul?! But how...? I thought you had-
Nhazul and Akira both looked at each other confused.
Nhazul's thoughts: I guess since she didn't really know reality was altered, this was the last time I technically talked to her in the original reality.
Nhazul: It's a very long story...
Sae: Well, what ever the case, I'm glad you're okay. But, can I talk to the two of you?
Akira: We already know.
Sae: What do you mean?
Nhazul: To get Shido convicted for his crimes, one of us needs to turn ourselves in to the police.
Sae then looked at them completely shocked.
Sae: How did you?
Nhazul and Akira both looked at each other.
Nhazul: Call it a hunch.
Akira: We already had a feeling this would happen.
Sae: Well, in any case, you're both correct. The testimony will be necessary in order to prove Shido guilty...However...That will mean placing one of you on center stage. You'll be treated as a hero who saved this country. But there's no way that the police of the public prosecutors will let that slide. If one of you turn yourself into the police, you'll definitely be arrested. I'll close all the cases surrounding Shido. I intend to expose them all. It's to prevent society from becoming distorted again. That's what you both want too, isn't it?
Akira: Yeah.
Nhazul: That's exactly right.
Sae: I'll ask you both once more. I'd like one of you to turn yourself in to the police, of your own accord.
