juno hurled into the bucket, steve rubbed his back up and down before asking if he was alright.
"does this bring back any memories?" asked juno "you mean last week?" retorted steve "you know what, i don't need this attitude"
steve rolled his eyes before juno used the water he had to wash his mouth before saying: "if we were dating, this be the first worst date ever"
juno was referring to the flowers even though they were for nancy.
"maybe we can go on a real first date..." steve's voice came to more as a whisper than his normal volume
juno looked at steve and gave him a look of confusion. but before juno could ask for clarification, dustin was calling out to them.
"we gotta go find out where dart and his friends went! we aren't gonna wait around for your teen drama" dustin snapped "demon child" whispered juno
they were back on the abandoned train track once more, dustin explaining that he was certain that the demogorgon they all saw but lucas and max were surprised if it even was dart because of how big he's gotten.
"and if we don't find him soon, he'll end up growing more and eat more than just cats" juno commented "dart ate a cat?" asked lucas, stopping their adventure "what? no..." dustin lied "dude, you literally told us he ate your mom's cat..." juno said, before looking at steve for reassurance "yeah, you said he ate mews"
lucas smacked dustin's shoulder with upset, saying he knew this whole time that dustin had kept dart. the two kept fighting back and forth, while juno whispered to steve saying that maybe they should've kept their mouths shut.
while the kids were fighting, juno notice steve slowly walking off towards a direction
"what is it?" "do you hear that?"
a screech came from the distant
"hey! demon child and friends!" juno yelled
the screech came again, causing all of them to walk ahead. juno shouted as they left saying that he didn't think they would actually go to the sound, he just thought it gave them an idea.
"it's too late they're gone" max answered "yeah...we might as well go along" juno groaned
they ended up on a cliff that look out to the rest of the town, dustin commented that he couldn't do anything, and to be honest neither could juno. lucas put on his binoculars and claimed that they were heading back home.
"okay, do we go find where home is?" juno asked
they did in fact go walking to find said home, juno gave up, thinking maybe it was a wrong idea to come with steve and dustin all the way to stop this creature that ate dustin's cat, mews. as they got closer to what seemed like a guarded building, juno heard voices from the outer part, passing the woods.
