Chapter 24 - The Dive
The next morning, Eddie and Gemma emerge from the woods.
They see that they're at a construction site and hide behind one of the worker's trucks so they won't be seen.
"Hey Eric. I'm taking five." One of the construction workers says.
"You just took five." Eric says.
"Yeah, well, tell Milo to take it easy on the onions next time." The construction worker says and he and Eric laugh.
After the worker sets his bag down on the trunk of his truck, he heads into the porta potty and Eddie gets up.
After he pulls the walkie talkie out of the worker's bag, he stuffs it into his pocket.
"Come on, Gemma." Eddie says, stretching his hand down.
Gemma takes it, and after Eddie pulls her up, the two run off.

Several minutes later, they arrive to Skull Rock and after they sit next to each other, Eddie pulls out the walkie.
"Dustin, can you hear me? Wheeler?" Eddie asks.
"Eddie. Holy shit. Are you ok?" Dustin asks.
"Nah, man. Pretty...pretty goddamn far from ok." Eddie says.
"Where are you guys?" Dustin asks.
"Skull Rock. Do you know it?" Eddie asks.
"Uh, yeah. That's near Cornwallis and..." Dustin trails off.
"Garret." Gemma says before handing the walkie back to Eddie.
"Yeah. Yeah, Steve just told me. We're coming, guys. We're coming." Dustin says.
Eddie sighs before stuffing the walkie into his pocket and Gemma gives him a comforting hug.

Ivan and another guard walks up to the cell and unlocks it.
"Out. Everyone out." Ivan instructs in Russian, after opening the door.
Hopper, Rudy, Dmitri and the other prisoners just look at him.
"Let's go! Move it!" Ivan says in Russian.
All the prisoners get up and head out the cell.
"This is it, Americans. I hope you two are ready." Dmitri says as they enter the battle pit.
Ivan walks past the prisoners who are staring at the door, nervously, when he looks over at them.
"What are you all waiting for? Move!" Ivan says in Russian.
Everyone looks at him, confused.
