When God sought to capture beauty in an earthen vessel,
To set up kindness on display,To make barren hearts fruitful once again.
She walks a grateful earth oblivious of her own uniqueness,
Blinded to the love she radiates.
Like a star in darkness
She guides the lost,
True beauty cannot be expressed in words.
To the strength of her resolve and the pain she has endured
The clouds wept bitterly; the mountains felt ashamed.
When the moon would not give light
She chose to smile,
She tamed the darkness,
She chose to shine.
She walked through fire, to see the day,
In spite of hurt, she radiates.
Her tale is one of woe and wonder,
A true warrior, a great woman.
