You're often

You're often wrapped round my heart,
the way this vine captures the window rails
fluttering with seconds every wind greets by
amidst the tangerine-kissed sky, it witnesses the heart's wails.

The spaces enlarged in eyes awaiting colors
weighin' in every passing minute as the chirps still by
and the tangerine fades, with the sky putting on its blue,
I only let loose my ribs, holding back uncountable sighs.

Often these vapours clog my heart,
Forming the venom in my veins.
It's peculiar but kinda beautiful,
The way my soul experiences pain.

What all I sought in these worlds
Was nothing but a form of you.
Symptoms of love as the books said,
Have never really felt so true.

They say every new love is summerish,
Survival here is no less than an art.
And so on this sizzling path to you, my love
I've set on sail my volatile heart.

And be it amidst this setting sky
I vow my phrases of love, they rhyme with you,
so they follow lead of your fellow moon,
to sing you pieces of me unread, ever so blue.
