GOOD GOODBYE MY DEAR FRIEND
I gotta go now, somewhere far away where I won't see the places we had fun.
I gotta let you know you will ever have a place in my heart even when we are distant.
I gotta tell you that you showered me with love I never had in my life.
I saw you walking out of my life,
Knowing that we are falling apart yet didn't know I was still holding onto the thread of us.
I saw my mum's care, dad's words, and a soulmate in you and I barely had any idea that I would love my friend so much too
I saw us as forever friends and the love for you was always bliss, but it's gonna be not the same again.
So that it's never gonna be the same again, lemme tell you what my heart wants to tell.
I know you've been walking through dark tunnels too, but I always wanted you to know I'm another home for you.
Let's put a full stop, let's draw a line.
We are not the BFFS once we were, but would like to see you always smile.
It's my good goodbye, my dear friend.
